AdCentral is engaging in illegal recruitment activities by hiring sales agents, tech support, and SEO marketing specialists without any formal documentation, such as Docusign agreements or contracts. This lack of proper documentation is a serious violation of employment laws. Additionally, AdCentral is sharing sensitive data from US companies with their Pakistani employees without obtaining any signed agreements, breaching data privacy laws. Furthermore, they are not compensating employees for their hard-earned salaries and are terminating their employment without prior notice or the promised remuneration. As a result of these unethical practices, the US companies' data is being compromised and shared as leads with millions of cold callers, posing a significant risk to data security and privacy. Please exercise caution and be aware of these concerning practices.

Easy to use interface and a ton of content options.

Having cracked the screen of my Samsung S20, my insurance company directed me to Pocketgeek in Sheffield. Adam at Sheffield contacted me to arrange my appointment repair and again the day before to confirm all the details. On the day I met with Adam who did the repair in less than an hour. Everything about the customer service and the phone repair was excellent. I am delighted with the job done, my phone was in pristine condition, it has been returned to that state.

Hi I would like to Thank All the Staff at Pocket Geek Especially Paul Who was in the day I left my Chromebook to get it Fixed the Next Day I Received a Phone Call from Pocket Geek it was Paul He explained what he was going to Try A few Things To Fix It and would Contact me Later that day But was Unable to Fix Chromebook This was ok with me as he Explained The Things he had Tried to do im 66 and Didint Have a Clue what he was Talking About He was Honest and Very Apologetic I asked him how much I Owed Him But he Said Nothing at all as he Didint Repair it I Must Add You don't get that Kind of Service Any were I Know a Big Thank you to Paul Was a Pleasure to Deal with him Not Because of no Charge Because its good to know that there are Honest People who take Pride in there Work and There Customers Many Thanks Paul and the whole Team at Pocket Geek Kind Regards Tommy Doherty.

I took my phone there as advised by my insurance company.
The phone was repaired, I used it for a couple of hours until I got a Sim a faulty message. I took the phone straight back and they said it had been dropped because the glass on the back had cracked and that I would need to put another claim in, the phone mother board would be damaged and probably beyond repair.
I decided to buy a new phone, however the sim would not come out, the phone had to be opened, upon doing this is was obvious that the mother board/internals had not been assembled correctly, which had stressed the glass and caused the crack.
I took the phone back, the manager rudely raised his voice at me and after again trying to blame me he ordered me out of the shop. I cannot believe the level of poor service from this store, they have robbed me of my 100 excess, and I don’t have the use of this phone because they have left it in an unusable condition.
Take your phone here at your own risk!

Twice my phone screen cracked and I went to Pocket geek tech repair and both times the service was amazing. They were so quick to fix my repair and very efficient. I will definitely come back if anything goes wrong.

I highly recommend without hesitation. I have had many phone screens repaired by them and each time they have provided me with an excellent service, top quality screens that are worth the price unlike some places.
I refuse to go to any other service for my repairs. This is the only company I will use when in need for my phone fixing.

Pocket geek said they could replace my sons phone battery with an Apple branded one. When we went to collect it they said they didn’t have any apple ones so have put a different one in. My son said as it wasn’t what he had asked for, he wanted his old battery put back in. Instead they put another old battery in and taped it in. We went to Apple who checked and confirmed that it no longer had an apple battery with the original serial number on it.
They are dishonest and I urge other people to avoid them!!

Phone screen was cracked and covered under Halifax URCA insurance policy (through Assurant).
Phone was repaired within a couple of hours with a new cover to boot. Looks brand new!

Fast , friendly, funny !

I brought the phone under a Inusrance Policy of LLoyds Bank. (The Insuruance said that the spare parts are original from Apple) So with good faith I just let the phone for replacing the cracked screen (everyting else was pristine).
After picking the phone up. I so an ETERNAL message on the setiings , which cannot be deleted, sayiing that a unknown display is in place. I complaint about it, and Geek pocket told me htat they are NOT replacing for original Apple parts. So i have to live with that message.
On top of that, later, I discover the front camera is producing a blury image (like dust of who knows what happen), very lower quality of video and photo (front camera) compared as how I let the phone before replacement . So no good quality facetimes.
I am relly suspecting they didnt put a OLED display (as iphone 12 comes with)The blacks are switched off pixels, So this is clearly an indication of LED.

MY ADVICE, Avoid

I can say only 25 out of 10 for the service and the advice they provide. Thanks to their advice and expertise I have been able to exit a 24 month contract with a service provider! Thank you so much!

Connected with Pocket Geek Chertsey branch through phone insurers.
So convenient to drop off and pick up an hour or so later (screen replacement) rather than send the phone in post.
Had to wait for screen order to come in, that was only delay

Had a call from James at pocket geek a couple of hours after reporting my phone as damaged, to arrange the time for my phone to be taken in.
Dropped off the next day with Cameron who was super helpful & received a call really quickly.
Definitely recommend & will use in the future.

I was referred to this company as my phone was badly damaged and camera messed up! The service I received was outstanding and very professional. Staff were polite and courteous. Not only was my phone repaired in a good time, it looked and felt like new. I would definitely return to Pocket Geek!! Thank you so much guys!

We bought this phone in good faith trusting it would be fine> From the outset we had problems with the face id never working and also we had an important display message appearing about third party issues and not having genuine apple parts. The phone took a slight knock/small fall and after It was dropped colour lines went on it, we took it to Apple to fix and they told us that it had been sold to me with parts missing. the screen was not cracked as it was only a small drop. We contact Pocket Tech Newcastle and they have not accepted the phone was wrong from the beginning. We just lost bought a phone for £350 that has stop working. Don’t trust them don’t buy from them. They have blamed the issues encountered on other parties and i truly believe we were sold a dud. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

My iPhone was having problems, the guys at the Dundee store diagnosed the problem’s and soon got me up and running again. Professional and competent I say.
