Brentford branch- Worst phone shop ever!!!!!
I’ve had the most awful experience. I went into the Brentford branch and the technician in there was immediately pressurizing me into buying more then what I wanted, after repeatedly saying no I eventually agreed due to scare mongering, even though all I wanted was a screen replacement. When I picked up my phone the corner of it was damaged, the technician was rude and and tried to say that it was my fault, it wasn’t. The screen that was fitted immediately crack. I called up costumer service who were helpful in the sense they arranged for me to take it back to the same shop. A new screen was fitted which has already started to crack from the inside and and I still have a severely damaged phone casing, which the technician attempted to fix only after much duress from his own costumer services. Calling him a technician is very generous of me, as I think he probably should not go near a phone or deal with people in a professional manner again, rude and unable to do his job. At the end of this ordeal, I still have a broken screen, damaged phone casing and the pleasure of paying £70 for it. Don’t go to this phone repair shop, especially if you value your phone. There are plenty of better places to go.

Fantastic and friendly service from all the team, Adnan was an absolute gem I'm advising me of the best cases and screen protectors for my device, he also took the time to re connect me to the internet and update my internet settings. THANKS AGAIN I will be back :)

Used the Wolverhampton Branch today and found the guys extremely knowledgeable and professional. Updated my old laptop from Windows 8 to Windows 10 in a few hours. Definitely recommend the Wolverhampton Branch

Two weeks ago my Samsung A22 had a completely smashed screen and I feared the worst. It was sorted within the day for a price that I expected and thought reasonable; the phone is as good as new. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring. Thank you all at Solihull and in particular Dylan.

Great customer service. The staff are knowlegable and friendly. The repair department have decades of experience in hardware repair and as a result they were able to help retrieve the data from my water damaged iphone, something which no other shop, of the many I went to in town, could even quote me a price for. Although this process took quite some time due somewhat to the itricate process and irregularity of job profile, the result was well worth the wait as I was able to retrieve the all-important data from my old phone for a very reasonable price.

Lovely staff and quick service! They had to order in my new screen, so I was worried that I would be waiting a while, but I had it back in perfect working order within a day. I was also worried about the price, but it was very fair, and I didn't feel under pressure to spend more than was completely necessary. Waqar was incredibly helpful and was very understanding of the stress of a broken phone! 10/10 would recommend :)

Fabulous staff , very welcoming, very informative. Had a good chat and a good laugh with them .They even offered to buy me a coffee from the coffee shop opposite. They mended my phone in the time specified, they really couldn't do anymore for me .I was so impressed with their attitude and professionalism. THANK YOU SO MUCH 👍

excellent customer service. very friendly and very helpful. replaced battery in my phone and also corrected work from when I broke my screen months back and the place I went used incorrect glue and screw with no extra charge! my phone is as good as new now. Will definitely go back here in future
