AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Unbelievably expensive but I thought it was worth the extra cost to get a good quality screen. Cost me £200 to get my phone screen replaced, not only do I now have a constant notification saying ‘unverified part’ but it started lagging when texting, raindrops seeped underneath the screen if it’s spitting rain and then within 2 weeks there was a big black splotch across the bottom corner - they refused to fix it saying that it must have been damaged by being in my pocket!! Obviously if the pressure of being in a pocket can damage it then it’s not a good quality screen, he point blank refused to help in any way and just said I damaged it myself. Absolute scammers - very happy to take your money but want nothing to do with you after that.

Don't pay on time not so bad price wise but sell anything to them and good luck getting paid. Told it will be transfered instant max 1 days week later still waiting excuses excuses.

Horrible customer service rude. The insurance company sent us to get the phone screen repaired. According to pocket geek, they give a life time guarantee. The screen stopped working within a couple of days. When contacted, they replied in writing telling me to back to my insurance company if I’m not happy. Extremely rude. I will never recommend anyone to go there.

Very helpful chap at Uxbridge shop - had a go at a fix which didn't work (my fault) and wouldn't take a penny for his time and trouble.

Special shout out to Barnet and Colchester stores who both provided outstanding service. Highly recommended for knowledgeable and respectful service. These guys couldn't have tried hard to help me and I am very grateful thank you.

I received the undivided attention of Adam and Mike at Pocket Geek Tech Repair Sheffield when I asked for their help with my email problems. They could not have been more helpful. They were patient, understanding and proficient. Thank you both very much.

I went there and been advised by the lady working to take a Samsung wich was the most expensive ( almost £300) cuz apparently it was the best .
As I kept trying to use it I noticed that this phone has never connection.
You cannot use it to make or receive phone calls .
If u have Internet and try to load a page you gonna end up wasting your time battery and Internet and yet u will conclude nothing.
I don't understand why they sell unworking phones.
It is very unpleasant to give my hard worked money for something I needed where they promising the best service and they giving me a non working phone .
What is this supposed to mean ?
I highly advise everyone not to buy anything from them.

Phoned first & after helpful conversation took my tablet in. Very pleasantly listened to & left, confident success would be achieved. Phone call to get my password & minutes later phone call to say tablet was fixed - all done within an hour. My problem had been sending emails, & although the guys were too polite to say, I suspect I'd caused the problem!! Highly recommend.

Fantastic service.
Colchester branch repaired my water damaged iPhone and carried out additional repairs without any further cost after the oxidation (a real problem with water damage) effected the repair solder.
Faultless communication on progress of repair from Matthew throughout along with a no fix no charge policy meant peace of mind.
Would highly recommend and will use again if needed.

Lovely young man at the Solihull branch (Sajid, hope that's correct spelling) spent a very long time helping me with my phone, as I struggled to sort out my O2 voicemail message service. I had previously visited my O2 shop and the young lady in there gave me incorrect information, then told me she didn't know how to correct the problem and pointed me in direction of Pocketgeek. Thank goodness for them that's all I can say. Well done Sajid and thank you for your diligence and persistence. Hopefully I won't need to return myself but can highly recommend your service.

Had my phone repaired (screen replacement) at PocketGeek Surry Quays as it was the provider used by my phone insurance. I was a little skeptical at first, however the repair was completed quickly, effectively and professionally.

After a couple of months an intermittent fault developed and progressively worsened with the new screen, with the phone not responding to touch input.

Upon returning to the store, they repaired the phone again with another new screen without charge. Excellent service. Would recommend!

They were super professional and friendly. Sorted my laptop out in a couple of days and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Couldn’t reccommend anyone any better.

Screen fixed in 30 minutes on my iPhone 12, even got some discount on a screen protector and cover. Fast and polite service.

CHALFONT ST PETER BRANCH-WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!
I dropped my iPad 5th generation off for a simple screen repair there was no internal damage just a crack in the top left side of the screen which I wanted to get fixed. I dropped it down and was quoted £60 for the repair, was waiting for 3 days before I heard back and they tried to charge an extra £20 for something which was not mentioned previously.
Fast forward a few days and the iPad has been fixed for the original price of £60, I picked it up from the shop and all looked good and worked fine.
It wasn’t until I got home that I realised there was finger prints behind the screen where they replaced it, almost like a border or finger prints round the whole screen and most noticeable when watching videos etc.
I went back to the shop and asked to them to fix it and he said it would be extra money which I did not agree to. Even if it was free I would not take it back there after the experience I had with them, avoid this place unless you want a half finished job.
