Life savers
When my regular OB/GYN dismissed my symptoms during menopause, I didn't know what to do. Even though I was sobbing in her office, she didn't seem to think my symptoms needed to be addressed. So I searched for someone else. After seeing lots of places that didn't accept insurance, I stumbled across Midi a couple of years ago. They literally saved my life with a prescription for HRT. I had gotten to the point where my symptoms were causing me to have detailed thoughts of self harm. In the last couple of years, they have been available when I needed them and were very helpful in getting my prescriptions renewed. Definitely recommend.
5 STARS
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My first HRT appointment with Sydney Syyron at Midi Health was fantastic! She was kind, personable, easy to talk to, and really listened to every concern I had. Together we came up with a great treatment plan, and I left feeling hopeful and excited. The whole process was easy peasy, and my estradiol patch and progesterone were covered by my insurance for only $36 buckaroos! I'm looking forward to feeling like myself again... and hopefully getting my bow chicka wow wow back too! 😉 Highly recommend Midi Health!
Amazing Experience
I’m so glad that I finally made an appointment with Midi Healthcare. The process was very easy and efficient. Openings were widely available, and I did not have to wait weeks to see someone about my perimenopause symptoms. I enjoyed speaking with my clinician. She was very kind, thorough, attentive, and helpful. I cannot wait to start my new prescriptions and hopefully feel better soon!
How Dare You
How are you going to offer services to people. But then deny them when you dont take their insurance, but the person can absolutely pay out of pocket? And anywhere else that i have gone that doesnt take my insurance, just like you that knows what insurance I have, allows me to pay OUT OF POCKET with no issues. Doesn't give some bull crap excues about some clause how its against some law blah blah NO its not you liers. Because ive talked with Winona and with Paloma aaaaaaaand aaalll my other DOCTORS. Actual Doctors, that will let you pay out of pocket if they dont take your insurance AFTER FINDING OUT what insured you have. This is discrimination and profiling. And I will boycott your company to everyone and anyone I see. I will leave accurate, horrible, reviews about you so possible patients everywhere can can be warned about your picking and choosing ofpatients because that is what a company like yours deserves. You only want people with insurance so that you can make sure to SQUEEES every red cent out of every last one of those patients. You greedy pos.

I gave Midi Health a 5-star rating…
I gave Midi Health a 5-star rating because the care I received was excellent. My provider truly listens to my concerns, takes the time to address each one, and makes me feel heard and supported. The care is thoughtful, compassionate, and genuinely caring.
Honestly
Honestly, to help you understand how great of an experience I have had...I lost my insurance and still making sure I don't lose my NP at Midi Health. She is amazing and Midi Health has made the experience easy. I can't say enough good things about my experience other than they saved my life. Thank you.
You owe it to yourself to try Midi!
I joined Midi health because like so many women of my demographic I felt ignored by the medical establishment. At Modo health I have interacted with clinicians who not only understand the challenges the peri-, post- and menopausal women face, but they taken your concerns seriously. You owe it to yourself to try Midi. From booking to visits the process is easy. I highly recommend Midi!!

Absolutely love my clinician very thorough. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. I like that she takes the time to discuss everything and doesn’t make me feel rushed. She is very caring and compassionate about her job. Highly recommend!
Midi has provided exceptional care…
Midi has provided exceptional care during such a vulnerable time in my health journey. I leave each visit with an actionable plan, prescriptions that actually help, and excellent communication if I need support between visits. Midi clinicians are empathetic, they actually listen, which is an uphill battle with regular providers. I am so eternally grateful for everyone's support at Midi, it has changed my life for the better!
Friendly Conversation
I felt like I was having a conversation with my girlfriend and not a healthcare professional. She cared and listened to me and my concerns. She talked with me to make plan that will work me with Midi Health.
A clear path to feeling better!
I received a clear path to feeling better. I felt heard and understood by my care provider. I was told what to expect going forward and we had a great conversation. Don’t put it off if you are on the fence, you won’t regret it.
I find this group to be very…knowledgeable
I find this group to be very compassionate, attentive to my concerns and very knowledgeable. With so much hassle trying to see a doctor locally with no appointments for months, the ease of this group is absolutely wonderful. The Zoom calls are a delight as well. Sit in comfort of your own environment. They are covered under most insurance companies. And they deal with women and menopausal issues. I highly recommend using them. I'm glad I did

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Midi Health.
For a long time, I thought what I was experiencing was just something I had to live with. My hot flashes were becoming unbearable, especially at night. I wasn’t sleeping well, I was constantly overheating, and I felt like I wasn’t myself anymore. As a woman approaching 50, I knew something was changing, but I also had a lot of fear because growing up I had only heard about the risks of hormone therapy.
From my very first appointment, I felt heard. My provider took the time to listen to everything I was experiencing without dismissing my concerns. She explained the benefits and risks of hormone therapy in a way that helped me make an informed decision instead of feeling scared.
I recently started treatment with an estrogen patch twice a week and progesterone at night. It’s still early, but I’ve already noticed my hot flashes aren’t as intense as they were before. Even having that small bit of relief has given me hope that I can start feeling like myself again.
What impressed me most was how easy the entire process was. I was able to meet with a menopause specialist from home, ask all of my questions, and receive a treatment plan tailored to me. I never felt rushed or judged.
If you’re struggling with perimenopause or menopause symptoms and wondering if what you’re feeling is “normal,” don’t suffer in silence. There are healthcare providers who truly understand what you’re going through. My experience with Midi Health has been encouraging, and I’m grateful I finally took the first step.
Thank you, Midi Health, for listening, educating, and helping women navigate this stage of life with compassion and confidence.
My NP really listened and took the time…
My NP really listened and took the time to walk me through my options and develop a plan that felt right for me. She was incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and easy to talk to!
Overall positive! Highly recommend!
I had a great experience with my first Midi visit! My NP was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I felt heard and cared for. I'm also blown away by the efficiency of the whole process. When I initially looked into Midi, I was able to get an appointment THE NEXT DAY. And my medication shipped so quickly as well. Just an overall really positive experience. Would recommend to all women!
Top tier care, practically instant
Any woman in perimenopause or menopause knows that finding a provider who cares about and/or specializes in this topic is laughable. Clinicians either are dismissive, have no experience/expertise and say go elsewhere, or are so booked out you can't see them for months, if they even accept new patients. Fed up, I looked online and saw top reviews for Midi. Turns out, my company offers and promotes our access to Midi through our insurance. I was able to book an appointment and be seen less than 24 hours after visiting the Midi website with someone who believed me, listened to me, validated my experiences, and had a path forward. I was able to start a treatment plan with a prescription that very night! 1000/10 Midi is the way to go for your peri and menopause needs!
A few years ago I thought I was losing…
A few years ago I thought I was losing my mind and something was really wrong with me, my primary care/OBGYN (who is a fantastic doc) did not know what to try next. I told her I had heard about Midi via several podcasts I listened to, and she agreed yes, please go talk to someone who had the proper education and updated information, she knows she was educated during the WHI scare and lacks in this area. The process to get an appointment with Midi was QUICK. Within a few days I had met with a clinician, felt completely heard and validated, and had a plan to help me feel more like myself again. I prefer a less aggressive approach when making changes with my body and my clinician was respectful of that. She provided me with good education resources that I can trust to continue to learn. She continues to let me lead the way with my journey and the positive changes I see and feel give me confidence we're on the right track. I feel so much better today than I did a year ago, and I tell every woman I know about Midi.
MIDI: Zero empathy, all about quantity
MIDI is clearly all about quantity, not quality. They employ thousands of "doctors" who see countless patients daily in 15-minute virtual increments. They claim to be known for their "fast, easy contact with doctors who treat with empathy." My experience was the opposite in every way.
Alisa Frierson had not read my file prior to our first appointment and therefore had no idea I was a new patient. She expressed zero remorse, but instead, shared that she "sees upwards of 30 patients daily, including taking on patients from other docs." She led me to believe she would be available as soon as my labs were uploaded. She was out for a week and a half.
She was 10 minutes late to my 15-minute appointment today. Again, no apology or accountability, just the same canned greeting, "How is your treatment plan going?" To which I reminded her, again, that I am not on a treatment plan yet because she needed to read my labs. During this conversation, she was rude, argumentative, and completely lacking in empathy. She refused to give me my full 15-minute appointment time because she "had another patient waiting." When I told her I wanted to request a different doctor, she said, "Well, your labs came back normal. Are you going to start a new medication or not? If there's nothing else I can help you with today, I need to get to my next patient."
Absolutely one of the worst doctor exchanges I've experienced ever.

I'm honestly growing to hate Midi
I'm honestly growing to hate Midi. My prescriptions constantly get cancelled by medical assistants, my messages don't get to my provider, I can't change my medication list, and now to top it off appointments are only 15 minutes for cash pay patients!!!!!!
The ONLY reason I haven't left is because my clinician is amazing. Midi started off so great but is progressively going down hill as profits get put over patients and the administration deteriorates

I wouldn't say that Midi is a bad but…
I wouldn't say that Midi is a bad platform. They listen. They do the basic job. For me, they are not what was advertised. My health insurance needed pre-authorization, the department did not understand what was needed for submission. They told me twice that I did not have prescriptions on my plan, and asked me for my card, I sent both times, where it clearly stated that I have prescriptions and the ID #s they kept asking for. I had to call my health insurance to understand the reason behind the denial. (It was because how they completed the request). I spent an hour, maybe more with the health insurance going over what was needed and some options. Now the customer service team is has a wonderful personality and seems to be helpful within their means. However, the point of using this platform was to have less headache. I spoke with the nurse today and she is asking me more than informing me. I need assistance with my nutrition, hormones, etc but I have to get the plan from my health insurance to find out what they allow. Im not saying I cannot or wouldn't do it but I worked in the medical industry at one phase of my life and still have family that do. I'd never make a patient do that unless necessary, and what they are asking isn't necessary. I need assistance, I have a few complications, and I live a busy and stressful life. I came to Midi because I needed help not to add work on my plate. Overall assessment Limited but Amazing Customer Service; Good Health Care knowledge; Simple Backend knowledge
