Allows me to save money without even thinking about it and because the money is not physically there in my savings account, it can’t be spent whilst trying to reach my savings goal. I have been drawn twice in my 2 circles and it’s deffo a way to save that I would recommen

I loveee it, got my money in the 7th draw which was exactly when I rli needed it. It’s safe and simple and it really works. I like that it comes out as a direct debit so it feels like a bill I have to pay as opposed to actually just saving which ultimately helps me to save and prevents me from dipping back into it :) x

Stepladder has been a game- changer of savings! I wasn’t sure what to expect or what to do to be honest when I joined but from the onset the customer service is top-notch and very friendly. No question/problem is too small and they are very patient.
The regular emails are very useful and informative on how to save for your deposit , manage your money, how to manoeuvre in getting the best mortgage and many more. It’s helped encourage me to stick to it. Joining a circle is so easy and you can choose a circle with what you can afford to pay each month.
There are many prizes to be won and chances for you to get something. I won the monthly draw from my circle in August worth £500 and also won a £25 prize as my first monthly payment for my 2nd circle. Oh yess you can have more than one circle running meaning more chances of being drawn! Awesome!

This is an excellent way to save money in a safe group environment every month with the flexibility to choose the amount that is affordable for you. There are also useful financial advice sessions to get you informed. I joined and saved nearly £1k and I would not have been able to do it on my own. It really works and I highly recommend it.

I think that Stepladder has been great to help me commit to saving. They have excellent customer service skills and always responding to my queries quickly. They appreciate feedback and very customer centric. I would suggest they relook their pricing structure as this platform is usually for people on low income and therefore interest fees should also reflect that. I.e to save money money this year I have had to spend £200…… they did however give me a months free membership so can’t complain! Due to the high fees however it has helped to improve my saving habits and as I try to save in the future probably will be more disciplined if I wanna save more in the long term

As with anyone handling your savings you have your concerns, but with stepladder I now have complete trust and will use them again 100%. I'm hoping this will be the start of a magical savings journey.
