The eyeshadow pallet is lovely and delivery was quick, however the lipstick and lip gloss are very disappointing, the colour is nothing like it is in the picture, the air dry matt lipstick is very sticky and as Jolie won't take back anything that has been opened I am left with two products I can not use. The image of the lipstick I chose is so different to how it comes up on me.

Shipment was quite fast and sticked to delivery info on the site. I bought Spellbound pallet and it arrived well protected and with no damages.
Eyeshadows are stunning!!! Pigmented and blend very easily

Products are beautifully packaged, look amazing and work. I have fallen in love with this brand and am slowly changing my make up to Joile bit by bit. The Glow+ is an awesome product, makes me feel good.

Bought £90 of items over a week ago, one of them is a pre order. Their website keeps changing the date that pre orders are shipped from yet there’s people on social media saying they have theirs yet the dates keep changing.

Edit: someone did eventually respond from customer service - it was hard getting an answer though. Pre order dates changing and holding up the rest of an order isn’t great service, and as a first time customer I did begin to wonder if I’d been scammed. The products are brilliant but the communication is very hit and miss and it took about two weeks to receive the items I’d ordered on next day delivery. I’d use them again but not for pre order.

Bought the Spellbound lipstick, priced £14.99 after seeing it on sponsored ads. I never would have spent this amount of money on a product without seeing it usually but hoped it would be ok, it wasn't. The lipstick isn't well pigmented, doesn't apply well - leaves patchy coverage and isn't the deep purple colour it suggests. Also it doesn't have a metallic finish, more like a glitter throughout instead. It dries to a very uncomfortable stickiness that feels horrible and doesn't last and transfers easily. I emailed back with my complaint and their customer service was woeful. Plainly stated that they do not offer satisfaction guarantee for this product and will not refund me. I replied again saying this wasn't good enough and they have ignored me since. Do not buy this product.

I can't comment on the products as I returned my items due to unexpected vet fees around the time of ordering. However, I'm really disappointed with the customer service. I emailed them to cancel swiftly after ordering and they were more than helpful in giving me the return details, however since shipping the items, I've emailed several times and reached out to JB's social media, and no one is getting back to me to let me know where my refund is. I had ordered a palette previously which I loved but this whole experience has put me off ordering with them again

This morning I've recieved an email apologising and saying they could only find the only email from me and are processing my return. Will update when the money is received

I have made many purchases with Jolie Beauty & have never had an issue. Items are shipped quickly, arrived undamaged (so packaged well), & the quality of the products are top notch. I definitely recommend their products to my friends.

This brand was recommended to me so I decided to place a big order to save on shipping costs to Belgium. Big mistake!
I was very excited when I received my order of gel eyeshadows and lipsticks so I tried them on right away.

The eyeshadow formula is a disaster, like cheap liquid glitter mixed with glue... after 20min of wearing them they started flaking off, the glitter got into my eyes I started tearing up. I had to remove all make-up. When I removed it I could immediately see how irritated my eyelids were. They were literally red and raw and I was still tearing up. This lasted for almost 3 days! And I've never been allergic to any makeup. When I reached out to them it took weeks to get a reply and they only said they had waranty for products not being satisfactory, this incident goes beyond not satisfactory in my opinion... they asked for medical records for their data but could not help me out with a refund or compensation in any way.
I'm not sending medical records to some brand that won't help me out with issues with their products!

Also stay away from the new formula lipsticks, the old ones are great but the new formula is so dry it crumbles off after 1 or 2h.

Never again! Please be careful with their products.

They did indeed offer me to return the unused items, but in a previous mail I wrote them that I tested both colours of eyeshadows.
Which means they both have been opened (logic right?)
Returning whatever is left for a refund is just as expensive with shipping from outside the UK than keeping them and throwing them away.

About the lipstick, I only have 1 of the new formula and 3 of the old formula.
Those 3 old ones are indeed great, the new one not so much.

And honestly, a picture of the reaction is one thing to ask and I would have no issue with that. But medical records or a note from my doctor goes beyond inappropriate to ask especially while they make it clear in the same email they can't (or won't) help me with a refund anyway.

So no, if you won't help me and only offer to have me send back 2 items from my entire order to get a refund for those but shipping is on my costs. Then I won't send you anything from my doctor.

Omg !!! After feeling down cause I did go to purchase from a very similar gothic make up brand from America 🇺🇸 I will not mention
And they wanted £15 lipstick and £16 postage to the UK...so I said no
I found Jolie Beauty- same goth make up as America but only £2 postage so I was thrilled :)
Bought the Jolie Beauty Vampyrism pallette for Halloween and it did not disappoint, beautiful nudes one side for the transitioning vampire and beautiful reds the other, Pigment amazing, glides like butter - definitely a must if you love dressing up in black and red - absolutely gorgeous- ty Jolie Beauty x

Bought my first palette and I LOVE IT. The quality, theming, packaging is Devine. Highly pigmented and beautiful colours. The glitters and shimmers are outstanding.

Ho acquistato una tinta labbra viola scuro che si chiama Incantation. L'ho provato appena è arrivato e non l'ho trovato affatto di facile stesura. Il pennellino sembra raccogliere poco prodotto e quel poco è piuttosto secco cosa che rende le "passate" piuttosto disomogenee. Pare una confezione che sta per terminare. Dopo varie passate e sistemazioni il colore risulta davvero bello. Un vero viola gotico. Altra nota dolente è il sapore. Il rossetto sa di petrolio. Il che non è certo piacevole. Sinceramente mi aspettavo di più da questo marchio.

I have six of their palettes I love everyone. Haven't had any issues so far but I haven't used every color yet. I recommend everyone try this brand. I've not tried any of the other products because I just can't afford to get everything but if I could I would love to try all the other goodies they make. I'm truly wanting Til Death and Spellbound. I use them on my YT channel. The packaging is beautiful.

Beautiful packaging but the actual products are disappointing. The quality is not consistent, there can be a top notch pigment in one pan and completely non existent in another, and all of this inside one palette.

Infinity Gel Liner in black was completely dried out and unusable.

Prime Time and Line gel liner in “Bloody Burgundy” is a gorgeous color in a soft, creamy consistency with great color payoff.

Liquid lipstick in “Haunted” is a gorgeous color that I got many compliments in. It doesn’t feel too bad on the lips for a liquid lipstick but it dries so fast that you gotta be super quick with applying.

My order took almost two month to arrive. I was already sure I got scammed but the customer service was nice and gave me an extra eyeliner. Too bad it was dried out and unusable.

Minus points for making it impossible to leave a review on their Shopify.

I won’t be buying from them again. Too bad. Their palettes are beautiful.

Beautiful products although I received an item damaged (not their fault) I contacted them to advise and was offered a voucher and a way to fix the palette (minds blown - didn't know you could do that and now it's fixed) or to post another. I chose the voucher option and have ordered more bits ❤️ Thanks to Katie for sorting this out so quickly.

Love this brand. As a goth girl it's not always easy to find makeup that fits my aesthetic, but Jolie Beauty nails it every time.
A couple of friends also were amazed by their Siren and Sorceress palettes :D

I stumbled upon Jolie beauty cosmetics via ads on Facebook and was hooked from day one. I now have the sunset pallet, the zombie palette, and the sirens palette. I even got my mom the sirens palette and she absolutely loves it. I love the variety and shimmers because anything at Sephora lately has been nude, matte and dull. A plus all around for giving me variety and color in eyeshadow again 👍👏😁

I've had several products from this brand including the Sirens palette, foundation brush and a few different shades of the air matte lipsticks. All of them have been amazing and exceeded my expectations, especially the air matte lipstick. I have had all sorts of matt lipsticks from different brands but none of them can compare with the staying power of the Air Matte lipsticks from Jolie Beauty. Also I'd been after a forest green lipstick for ages and really struggled to find one, but Jolie Beauty has one and it's stunning.

If you haven't tried this brand before and you like things that are a bit different and edgy then give it go. You won't be disappointed

I received my palette quickly within a few days, well packaged. I just love how it has neons, shimmers and pressed glitters in it. It was value for money and I def have a few more I would like to buy.

I am so happy with latest products I have ordered, the Second Skin Concealer and Til Death Palette. The concealer is immensely pigmented, smooth and comes in a much bigger than standard tube. I'm sure I could use it as a foundation.
The Til Death palette is phenomenal, the colours are so very pigmented (like all Jolie products), go well together and are perfect for everyday and ANY occasion. Very happy, as usual.
