From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. The staff are very friendly and helpful…
The staff are very friendly and helpful and make it an enjoyable experience to be around them. My puppy is a chow chow and very nervous when we take him into jolly’s great bridge he is welcomed and never overwhelmed. I only wish they offered more services at this site such as nail clipping and tailored services such as grooming.

Anthea was really friendly
Anthea was really friendly and helpfull with my purchase and really went out of her way to help me with the pet club app as it would not let me log in, she got on to the tech team for me and they sorted me out right away. Brilliant service.

Friendly staff good variety of products
Friendly staff, always happy to help. They have a great variety of products and usually different to what normal high st stores sell. Good quality and reasonably priced.

Good range of products. Friendly service
Had everything I needed in stock. The prices are better than other stores and to suit a range of budgets and they stock a good range of products, lots of different types of hay which is a struggle to find decent hay at other stores. Staff member even offered to carry a heavy bag of litter to my car me.
