I ordered the wrong size ring & emailed asking if the size could be amended before shipping the product, as opposed to having to return & exchange. Director emailed back promptly, advising it would be no issue whatsoever. Beautiful product, amazing quality! Also a really easy website to navigate and find what you’re looking for.
