I ordered the limited-edition Harry Potter x Crocs Marauder’s Map clogs from Journeys. One of the main reasons I purchased them was the special Harry Potter collector box prominently shown with the shoes in the product photos. When my order arrived, the Crocs had been shipped loose in a Journeys bag with no original box.

What frustrated me most was how difficult it was to get the issue resolved. Customer service eventually confirmed to me in writing that this item is typically provided with its original box and acknowledged that the original packaging was missing from my order. However, nobody could explain what happened to the box or why my pair had been shipped without it.

By the time I contacted them, the collaboration was sold out, so simply returning the shoes for a refund would have left me unable to repurchase the complete product. I was initially offered only a $10 partial refund, then a promotional code, despite the fact that this was a fulfillment issue and not a case of me simply changing my mind about the purchase. I had to go through multiple representatives and repeatedly ask for the matter to be escalated.

After a lot of back and forth, Journeys ultimately gave me a full refund and allowed me to keep the Crocs, which I think was a fair resolution considering they could no longer provide the missing packaging or replace the sold-out item. I appreciate that they eventually made it right.

That said, it should not have taken this much effort to resolve something Journeys acknowledged was missing from the original shipment. For a limited-edition/collectible collaboration, the original packaging matters, especially when it is prominently featured in the advertising. I’m satisfied with the final resolution, but disappointed with the fulfillment and how difficult it was to get there.

Une très mauvaise, j'ai fait un achat en pensant que le retour serait gratuit mais non, cela m'a coûter 25$ de frais.Sur le site a la section retour et échanges ce n'est pas clair. Il est dit que le retour peut se faire avec n'importe quel fournisseur sauf qu'il n'est pas indiqué qu'il aura des frais. J'ai communiqué avec le service à la clientèle et il disent qu'il ne peuvent rien faire. C'est la première et dernière fois que je commandes sur ce site.

Journeys accepted my defective boots return (RMA 134263) and confirmed in writing that my refund would be issued by December 17.
The boots were shipped back long ago and were confirmed delivered to their DWS Logistics warehouse, yet over three months later I still have not received my refund.
I have multiple emails from Journeys promising compensation, but they never honored their promises. There has been no proper communication and no resolution — just delays and excuses.
This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. They took back the product and kept my money.
I strongly warn other customers to be careful when ordering from Journeys.I am now preparing formal complaints with Canadian consumer protection authorities due to this unresolved issue.

J'ai acheté des Adidas Handball Spezial Women Earth Strata/OffWhite en pointure 6.5. J'ai commandé la même pointure que la paire que je possède déjà en bourgogne mais lorsque je les ai reçues, elles étaient trop serrées. C'est clairement un problème de produit et non un caprice de ma part.

En me renseignant sur les échanges/retours, on me dit que je peux les échanger gratuitement en magasin (mais il n'y a aucun Journeys à moins de 40 km de Montréal) ou encore les retourner à mes frais à leur entrepôt. Ils n'offrent même pas de fournir une étiquette prépayée avec un tarif moindre qu'ils vont déduire du remboursement : je dois me débrouiller seule et remplir un formulaire pdf pas professionnel.

J'ai payé 23 $ de frais d'envoi. J'ai confirmation que le colis s'est bien rendu et en confirmant avec eux qu'ils l'ont bien reçu, je viens d'apprendre que je dois attendre 6 semaines pour avoir mon remboursement!

Les agents sont bien gentils, mais quel service minable, et le terme est bien faible. J'ai eu ma leçon. Je ne recommande en aucun cas ce commerce!

Ordered a pair of sneakers December 10th, 2022. As of January 29th 2023 I have not received my shoes, and have contacted the company twice, only to be ignored. I was told on both occasions they are "looking into it". I would expect this level of unprofessionalism from a scam.

Ordered online and they arrived so quickly (I’m in BC)! Nicely packaged. Super cool unique pair of velcro Vans with glow in the dark green old school flames for my son to wear to kindergarten. Didn’t see this style in any other sites.
