Returns are impossible
Do not buy from this company unless you are 100% certain that you intend to keep the dress. Returns are impossible despite what the website says. The dress was received in a timely fashion and was beautiful but did not fit. We followed the directions of return which instructed us to contact the company directly for an item return code. They tried to talk us into keeping the dress but when we insisted on a return, they ghosted us and never provided a code. The window of return is two weeks so I'm assuming they are just trying to let that time expire. Very disappointed with this company.
Update: AFTER I posted my review they reached out via email AND posted a reply to my review indicating that they corresponded. BUYER BEWARE!! You will not be able to return your dress or reach anyone for assistance.

This company is a complete fraud
This company is a complete fraud. There refund policy is a complete scam. They are in China and not a US Company. You will not be able to return your purchase and get a full refund no matter what. They will give you a partial refund if you keep emailing them . You cannot call them on the phone. Please do not make the same mistake I DID. Yes they will offer you a return option with a refund, however; you will have to pay a large amount for the postage to China.. This postage return fee is not disclosed on their website. Again I would not suggest buying from this company.

The dress looks amazing!! It is exactly what I ordered. I did a custom size and it fits like a glove. Amanda reached out to me right after I ordered to confirm color. She was a life saver as my phone auto filled the wrong delivery address and I did not notice until days after I placed the order. She worked with me and helped me change the address with the delivery company right away. I highly recommend June Bridals and will definitely come to them again when I need another dress.

In April 2025, I ordered a very simple wedding dress. It was way too big! I had to come on here to complain in order for the company to send me information to send the dress back. The company claims to be based in California, yet the return address was in China. I paid over $50 to ship the dress back. The dress was in my mailbox last week with an undeliverable stamp. AVOID THIS SCAM SITE!

If I could give less stars I would. They show they have a return policy, but when attempting to return a dress that looks NOTHING like the picture and is different from the description, all I was offered was to have the dress sent in a different size. Then we were offered a refund of $87 for a $200 dress........There are no real people to talk to with this company only AI bots. I am disgusted that I wasted my time hoping this company would come through with the dress of my dreams. They couldn't even come through with a dress in 1 color..........don't order a black dress from them, especially if it has buttons, the buttons will be white with no explination as to why.

My fiancé ordered a dress from June Bridals. It didn’t look at all like the photos. Upon trying to return it, two weeks of asking for a return address they provided an address in China. It costs $230 to send the dress back.

During my online shopping adventure
During my online shopping adventure, I had many dresses in my cart that were my favorites, i did go to a bridal shop to try dresses on for sizing, but the one I first fell in love with was the one that I got, the fact that I could get it in black was amazing! And they are still offering to help as I bought a standard size which fits, almost perfectly... I had some more questions, and they are still offering their help, which in my book, customer service goes a long way!
