Jurassic Home Solutions Reviews

Arlind & Urim & Ahmed
I just wanted to say a big ‘Thank You’ to You Guy’s for such a fantastic job! Everything was kept clean and tidy.

Rimi and his team have just completed the groundwork for my resin patio. Couldn't be more pleased with their work. They have done a fabulous job. It looks great. Thanks guys!!

Jurassic have been professional in all aspects from start to finish, and I cannot speak highly enough of Damien and his team who were polite, friendly and worked solidly, although partial to fruit cake! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Arlind & Urim were brilliant. Worked very neatly and left no mess at all when done. Very efficient. Would recommend the company to anyone interested in a resin path or driveway.

Every aspect of the experience was very straightforward and pleasing. they arrived on time. the fitters were excellent and very hard working, they went out of the way to ensure that the preparation was spot on for a perfect finish and to ensure the longivity of the driveway was of paramount importance. Although the resin finish was delayed due to the great British weather, it was finished at the first opportunity. Staff in Bournemouth were always polite and answered all my questions. Really pleased with this company and would recommend to anyone wanting to upgrade their driveway.

We are delighted with our attractive new drive which has dramatically transformed the frontage of our house! We are also very pleased we chose Jurassic to create it! From the initial consultation and survey to the completed driveway, Jurassic proved to be a highly organised and reliable company in all aspects of the project. The office regularly communicated with us in advance about each step in the process and the schedule which needed some flexibility to work round the weather. We cannot praise Arlind and his team enough for their work on site! They arrived punctually each day and were polite, efficient, hardworking, tidy, and careful workers who clearly take great professional pride and pleasure in achieving the highest standard in their work.

Airlind Team were very good. On time and very courteous. Cleaned and tidied every day at the end of work

Just had Rimi and team put down the final resin layer on my patio and pathway. They have made an extremely good job, very quick, thorough and courteous, I am extremely happy to recommend them, would use again.

The Installation Guys were all superb, hardworking, helpful, polite and accomidating. Met several of them including Urie, Kashie and would rate them all 5 stars.

Had my rear garden patio relaid with Jurassic resin product. Fantastic job from start to finish. Salesman arrived on time and explained in detail everything I asked. Measured the patio and quoted. No hard sale. You then get a surveyor to check measurements and things like sewer covers, drains and answered all the questions I'd forgot to ask.
The fitters are the real stars, turned up on time very polite and informed me of every detail, expected timeline for works. Very tidy workers left everything clean and tidy. The end result is fantastic, what a transformation, highly recommend Jurassic home solutions.
Had a slight issue with some parts missing plus bad weather but returned and finished the job on a Sunday

I am very impressed with the customer service of Jurassic Home Solutions . We have had a resin driveway installed. The process started back in September with an installation date of early December. The groundwork’s went well, all bar a slight misinterpretation of the requirement. However, Jurassic were quick to find an agreeable solution. The concrete base was then laid a week later. Unfortunately the weather turned against us and the remainder of the work had to be delayed. All through this time (11 weeks approximately) Jurassic’s team kept in touch in an attempt to identify a suitable ’weather window’. We have just had the resin spread today. The materials were delivered just as the team arrived and the whole spread (64 Sq M) was completed in 6 hours. The finished product looks great.
There may be cheaper companies delivering similar products, but the peace of mind and reassurances, together with the product from Jurrasic are enough to justify paying a little extra.

The guys that prepared the ground, Daniel and his team worked like Trojans, they were very cheerful and professional.

Rimi, who installed the resin, worked extremely hard, both teams worked cleanly.

They were let down by the late arrival of equipment, due to the coordination of administration team, because of these delays the job took 4 day to prepare the ground instead of the 2 days quoted.
The admin team were very friendly and approachable.

I would recommend Jurassic Solutions.

Rimi and his team arrived to prepare for our Resin pathway to be installed. He has been very polite and thorough during the groundwork prep, removing old and very hard tarmac, digging out the area, brick edging and filling any gaps, then ensuring all our requirements were met. Porous concrete nicely laid which all looks very neat in itself ! So great work Rimi and to your guys for excellent job and leaving the sight all clean and tidy. Resin next for completion.

Should be 0 stars
Tried to change our appointment day and time the day before our initial survey visit. The woman on the phone got quite annoyed at my partner when the suggested alternative dates and times weren't possible for us.
We had been told that the survey appointment would be 30-60 minutes. Elderly sales guy turned up over 30minutes late for our appointment. No apology. Reversed his car into the bollard outside our property. We showed him the areas around our property we wanted done so he could measure them. He kept trying to add further areas to the quote and we repeatedly said no and made it clear what we wanted. This was repeated multiple times as he seemed confused and forgetful. He then walked around our property for 90 minutes with an iPad 'taking measurements.' My partner stayed with him because he was very unsteady on his feet. He then said that his iPad had stopped working so he'd have to leave and come back. It was almost 9pm by then. 2.5 hours he'd been with us.
The next day we contacted the office and voiced our concerns about their rep. We were told they would look into it and be in touch with a new appointment time. We never heard from them again.

Arlind & Urim

Absolutely great guys, very conscious of the neighbours property. Cleaned as they go. Constantly checking in with progress.

Quality workmanship delivered!

Great service. Remi and his team worked hard all day. Made first stage weather proof. 2nd visit seamless. Everything was cleaned up at every stage. I’m very pleased with my patios.

We have just had our drive laid and couldn’t be more pleased with it. Everyone at Jurassic are helpful, polite and eager to please. A special mention must be given to Mariusz and his team. They left the site clean and tidy and we couldn’t be more satisfied. They were amazing workers and a credit to your company. Please pass on our grateful thanks.

Myself & Milena are absolutely delighted with our new resin driveway & foot path. Not only is it what we have both always wanted, but the entire Jurassic team made the entire experience a joy to behold. Nothing was above them & all made a supreme effort to ensure we got exactly what we wanted.

On top of the company admin team members led by the most capable Ben who we unfortunately could not meet face to face, yet who still contacted us whenever required to set our minds at rest, the on the ground workers - Lukas, Mario, Endry, Damian & Azam worked like Trojans, despite the early appalling weather, all together achieved the perfect drive & pathway. Thank you all!!

From start to finish we had a completely professional team, with no sales pressure at any point.

From the initial information we received at the Grand Designs show, there was polite and understanding follow‑up until we were ready to move forward.

Andy was an expert who really understood our needs, and the visualisation tool he used made it easy for us to see the full potential of the project.

Everyone involved — from the initial excavation through the base layer to the final finish — worked to a very high standard.

A big thank you to Arun and the team for their professionalism throughout.

The range of options, combined with the visualisation, really gives you confidence in the final result.

Highly recommended.

Would highly recommend this company. We have just had a new driveway laid and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish and very professional. The workers, Endri and Arban were very friendly and helpful even adding some extra finishing touches for us. We are delighted with our new driveway and have had lots of admiring comments from others and we will not hesitate to recommend them.
