Jurassic Home Solutions Reviews

Our experience has been first-rate from start to finish. Genti and his team were fantastic. They were friendly, polite, professional and worked hard. They listened to what we wanted, gave us their advice on what we should consider to improve our ideas without being pushy, and were very good at explaining what they were doing and why. They were here for four days in total, split across two visits. The process was very smooth. They cleared up after themselves and left everything nice and tidy. The job was completed early; it looked like bad weather was coming so they moved our work forward by a day to avoid it. We are very pleased with the colour and finish of our new resin drive! It has transformed the appearance of our house! We'd use Jurassic Home Solutions again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

From planning to finishing the drive we were kept informed. During the work from removing the old driveway and preparing the ground I was asked if everything was fine and what type of drains I wanted the replace the ones removed in the preparation work. The new driveway looks amazing and has had a massive test because since having the driveway completed it haven’t stopped raining. My driveway slopes towards the house and I had problems with rain water pooling in front of the house. The garage would also get wet and mud from the garden would splash up the doors making everything messy. No matter how hard the rain has come down the driveway has taken it all. It doesn’t even look wet and I just stand there amazed the rain just disappears. I would recommend anyone to look into getting one of these driveways who has problems with drainage. The whole front of the house looks clean and inviting. I have lots of positive comments has people walk past my house.

Beautiful !
This was a great company to deal with right from the start !
Saw them at the ideal home exhibition and shortly after that one of their salesmen came to see us.
He was a very nice man who showed us through the whole job.
After the date to do it was chosen by us, Russ came to see us to do a second survey to double check all the measurements were correct, which we thought was very thorough.
On the day they started the team just didn’t stop and we were amazed how much they did a day until they finished the concrete.
After the concrete had dried the same team came back to put the resin down in the colour we had chosen.
I can’t tell you how good it looked ! we’ve told some of our friends how good Jurassic Home Solutions were and what a lovely job they did for us !
If you want a well built resin drive or patio then these are your guys !

A great journey throughout.
After a personal meeting with the salesman to design our driveway, where he talked us through the entire process and all the different stages of our project to the finished driveway we couldn’t be happier.
Office communication was brilliant they arranged a second survey with Russ who answered all our questions he was professional and personable and put our minds at ease about the project .
The team came and started the work, they did an amazing job and left the whole area clean and on return to finish the resin left us with an amazing driveway.
Thankyou Jurassic we would high recommend.

Thank you to Jurassic and especially to the team leader, Manuel, for the excellent work on our driveway. The job was carried out professionally, efficiently, and to a very high standard. Manuel led the team brilliantly and made sure everything was done properly from start to finish. We’re very happy with the result and would happily recommend your company to others.

We were looking to replace decking on our patio and a chance visit to Jurassic home solutions at the Ideal Home show in London made us think about resin as an alternative. The salesman was friendly and fully explained the process although we were a bit sceptical as the company were not local to us but he assured us it wouldn’t be a problem and they only use their own workmen. We had a home visit by Jaimes Woods the marketing manager who went further into the procedure, designing the patio with us and helped to choose a colour from samples he had that we could take outside to compare in the daylight and then used a visualiser to see what the finished project would look like We set dates for the work to be carried out weather dependant. Both the teams from Jurassic home solutions carried out the work first led by Daniel’s team and then by Mariusz’s team. Both parties were polite and exceptional at their jobs and kept us informed every step of the way and discussed what was happening. They both went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the work
They also refurbished our front drive which is resin but was looking tired and dirty. This has greatly improved the look.
The main office at Jurassic home solutions also kept in touch keeping us updated and to see if everything was to our liking.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Jurassic home solutions.

I have been considering a resin driveway for several years now .my journey started when I met a lovely lady promoting jhs in a shopping mall with a very professional looking promotion stand .I done the research read the reviews and decided this was a company I could trust ,and let me tell you that I am so impressed with this company, the way they work is so professional. After a home visit / survey and agreeable price dates were locked in and the customer service team were doing a wonderful job at looking after me . Team turned up on time for 1st phase listened to what my requirements were and just got on a very happy great bunch always polite and worked hard all day it was impressive to see . With back up calls from the office team to ensure all was to my satisfaction..that's a real success story right there . On second visit the resin went down and just looks incredible a total transformation. I am getting nice comments from passers by on how nice it looks and I must say I am so pleased with it . The company the installers the whole experience was made so good by using the right company . The whole approach was so professional. There are lots of competitors out there but the question you have to ask is are they as competent as jurassic home solutions because for me they were not just great but outstanding and have no quarms of recommending them to family friends if your looking for this then your in the right place for a quality finish where no corners are cut no that'll do attitude. I have just had my drive replaced and I’m extremely happy with the results Damian, Mario & Endri worked very hard in terribly bad weather but still managed to be very clean and tidy. From initial contact to the finish job everything was well organised and on time. I had to reschedule the work a couple of times and the office staff were very helpful and understanding.
