Jurassic Home Solutions Reviews

We are very pleased with our recently installed resin driveway and immediately had compliments from the neighbours.

Andy (sales/surveyor) took time to explain the process, Nick and Charlotte (office) kept us informed and satisfactorily addressed concerns we had during the installation, and both teams of installers (preparation and completion) were polite, hardworking and efficient.

The whole process, form the arrival of the mini digger the day before preparation to the finishing touches, was speedy and very well coordinated by all concerned.

Our thanks to the team at Jurassic

Arlind, Urim and Lenci were fast, efficient and tidy doing the ground work for our new driveway. We were impressed that they didn't need a skip to clear up. They were particularly helpful with suggestions based on their past experience with these installations to achieve a good finished result.

Met Ross from Jurassic at the Dorset county show. Jurassic had a large stand promoting resin driveways. We decided to go with their team as they seemed honest, and very knowledgeable about the product and processes. The work started on schedule with follow up calls regularly from Charlotte in customer services. The teams laying the resin were a great bunch of lads. Cleaning as they go and very efficient. The job was finished as planned. We couldn’t be more happy with the whole process. The Jurassic team from Ross (sales), Charlotte & Nick (customer services) Adam, (marketing/drone operations) and especially the installation teams were excellent. Thank you

We had been undecided for a long time what to update our mix of crazy paving and various shrubs at the front of the house with. Chippings, coloured slate or raised growing areas - until a chance visit to Wickes DIY, where, at the time, there was a promotional display.
Handed a leaflet, by the chap manning it, I returned home to show my wife. After a bit of shall we, shan't we, we decided to investigate further. We made an appointment, through Charlotte, and Ross came to discuss our needs and survey the area, with ideas we had not considered, but liked. We agreed on a style, configuration and cost.
After a few weeks of thought, we decided to change the layout to acc omodate car parking, which meant demolishing a low wall, and putting in removable bollards. We contacted Jurassic and again Ross came by to re-survey and advise. We knocked the wall down ourselves(which was fun, for two 70 year olds) to save on final cost and scheduled a time for work to start.
When the team arrived, led by Rimi, I was surprised there was no mechanical plant with them, but I realised that it wasn't really needed, because they got really stuck into the removal, manually, with hand tools, of all the earth, concrete and roots that had to go. Very impressive. Two and a half days later, all the preparation work, with bricks and concrete layer in, and everything left neat and tidy for a later date for the resin.
Day of laying the resin cancelled, because of rain (after all that sunshine before). Week later, and Rimi and his colleague turn up and, again, was impressed with the work effort put in. Finished up, and made the area, clean and tidy. Not only were we absolutely delighted with the complete project, our neighbours and subsequent visitors - and even passers by commented on how good it looks.
We would recommend the company and installers 100% for the way they have performed and communicated with us, to achieve such an impressive outcome.
Thank you all.

Our drive in front of our house was a mixture of tarmac and slabs which was looking very tired. Therefore when my wife saw the Jurassic Home Solutions stand at the local supermarket she arranged for them to make a visit.
Jaimes made an appointment that suited us and in a very supportive manner spent time with us discussing options, resin colours and organising dates for the work to take place having first surveyed the area. The whole discussion was unpressured and friendly. There was no hard sell and we arranged to give him our decision when we were ready.
Having decided to proceed, Jaimes came back and arranged the start date for the work and the date for the laying of the resin.

On the start day Rimi, Nisi and Osama arrived and with complete professionalism dug out the area ready for a truck that came to collect the spoil and deliver the foundation hardcore. Before this they had lined the area with black engineers bricks ready for the concrete which arrived on a small ready-mix truck. All of this was done in one day with swift efficiency, At the end of the day Rimi, Nisi and Osama cleaned up diligently to the point that it was hard to believe that they had been working there.

On the second day Rimi and Manuel made all of the minor adjustments I asked for and made a thoroughly neat job of laying the resin finish. Again leaving the whole area clean, tidy and secure.

In conclusion everyone involved has been very professional and helpful. The dig team Rimi, Nissi, Manuel and Osama did a fantastic job clearing the areas and laying the base and then laying the resin on the second day. They were a joy to work with. All work was completed to a very high standard and all concerns were dealt with immediately.

The professionalism of Jurassic Home Solutions office staff (namely Charlotte) and the supportive willingness of their workforce has been exemplary. Many of my neighbours have stopped to comment how good it looks and in the first day one of them has subsequently made enquiries about getting a survey done.

I am now the possessor of a fabulous looking drive and I therefore have no hesitation in recommending Jurassic Home Solutions to my family, friends and anyone who enquires in passing.

100% recommend this company! Excellent customer service and the guys that did the work were hard working and very polite. Love love my new driveway and no weeding!

Great service from start to finish. Kirsty was able to visit us quickly for an initial assessment was very knowledgeable about the product. She helped us pick out the appropriate colour etc and quickly booked us in for prep work and final installation. The guys laying the product were kind and courteous and kept the place nice and clean. I felt sorry for them as the prep work was done in really bad weather but it didn't seem to phase them. Unfortunately, a neighbour accidentally drove over the brick work and the torrential rain caused some damage to the concrete which had just been laid. Nonetheless, kirsty and nick were a great help and was able to reassure me that it could be fixed at no extra charge. A week later, they were back to lay the fix the brickwork and lay the resin (which only took a couple of hours) and we are so happy with the final product. Would highly recommend!!

We had patio and steps constructed ahd they were finished to a very good standard. The team were very friendly and helpful in guiding us with design ideas and the work was carried out with great care. They left everything clean and tidy.

Great team, polite and worked well. Cleaned up and left the drive tidy.
Highly recommend.

My driveway was becoming an eyesore but then Jurassic home solutions came to give me advice and talk me through the process of replacement. After giving the go ahead Manuel and Rimi came to do the work and being an ex builder myself I could tell from the start that their work was to a very high standard, they are also great lads to have around always cheerful and polite, many thanks to all the Jurassic home solutions team for my impressive new driveway and a company I can definitely recommend. Many thanks, Gary Phillpot.

We have just had Jurassic make a lovely resin parking area by expanding an existing tarmac drive into a large part of our front garden. It was a big job and probably bigger than expected but the men (Bladey and his team of Romanians) were all so helpful and cheerful, never stopping. The team back at the office were also great with excellent communication through out. We could not be happier.

Arlind Team
Polite and explained the repair work which was carried out efficiently.
All looks good and should weather in over a few weeks
