Jurassic Home Solutions Reviews

This company is amazing, as is their products. The job is now finished and looks fab. More importantly the attention to detail by Mark and Kirsty was exceptional and so professional.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company. The workmen who came to do the job were outstanding and knew what they were doing. Thank you all.

A good service from Kirsty and Mark who kept us informed of the whole process from start to finish
The path and driveway have been totally transformed

We are very happy with job!!
Hard workers and very polite team
We recommend this company to everyone and the guys at office very communicated!!

Genti and his team were brilliant from start to finish nothing was too much trouble the end result was fantastic, adding value to our property

Urim Lorenco and his team were most professional and did the most amazing work on my patio and paths. The Customer Services were also excellent at keeping me informed of when the work was going to take place. Fully recommend JHS

Urim-Arlind-Luli and his team carried out a first class job and at all times ensured we were happy with their work, told us at each stage what was going to happen and left the site clean and tidy. Simply delighted.

Arlind and his team did the groundwork for us today and did a fantastic job. They were efficient, kept us informed and were very good at what they do. The clean up was as impressive as everything else.
I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Thanks so much

Arlind Team

Two very hardworking guys, didn't stop all day. Very polite. Thank you.

The initial chat with Mark Terry (Chepstow Office Marketing Manager), when he rang the doorbell and handed me a Flyer, tempted us to visit the new Jurassic Home Solutions Chepstow office, where we discussed numerous options with Kirsty Done (Chepstow Branch Manager). Nothing was too much trouble, so after leaving with ideas to mull over, we invited Kirsty to visit us at home to finalise our plans.
Three weeks later and the Jurassic team (Genti and his nephew) spent just 3 days to dig away our old and tired tarmac driveway and replace it with hardcore and concrete. Every day, Genti and his team worked tirelessly in the blazing August heat, but that didn’t stop them from ensuring everything was left neat and tidy at the end of each day. Just one week after that and Genti was back with his team to hand lay the beautiful ‘Steel Blue’ resin bound surface. We added an 'Onyx Black' path, front doorstep and house number into the driveway.
To say we are delighted would be an understatement. Throughout the whole process, Mark and Kirsty would check in with us to ensure everything was moving forward as expected and that we were happy with the progress.
If you are looking to transform your property with a new resin driveway or path, look no further than Jurassic Home Solutions.

We've just had our drive replaced with resin and brick edging by Jurassic Home Solutions. We have been very impressed, after we had initial worries because we don't usually initiate work from a leaflet through the door!! From the first contact with a rep through to design and picking a date to install has been very smooth. Contact with head office, calls answered and questions resolved immediately.
Two day dig and preparation by Andre and Florin went as advised and they explained what they were doing, and involved us about any tweeks. A week later Bladie and Asam arrived to spread and complete the works. Again explaining everything they were doing.
The men were very polite, curtious and worked very hard in the hot sun. On all visits the site was left tidy and they took away all waste.
Whilst the work was being done, head office phoned to check all was well during and after.
A very good job done.

Great communications with Charlotte and Nick who dealt with any issues swiftly and professionally

Wow! I’m so happy with how my drive has turned out!
For me the hardest part was choosing the colours, but Jurassic send all the samples I requested without a quibble. Charlotte was always very helpful and super friendly. In fact everyone was lovely.
As to the men who worked on the drive I have the utmost respect. While digging up the old drive, they spotted drainage that went right across to the hedge and left it intact. I was consulted at every step, so never felt out of control.
Special thanks go to Ganti , Orim and Keshay on the last day, for mixing and putting down the resin. It was at least 27 degrees and full sun! They never stopped and did a fabulous job! 😍
I now have an age proof drive 🥳.
No more cleaning, weeding, ants or re-sanding, bliss.
Thank you all for a job well done! 👏

Arlind Team at Jurassic came to finish off my drive. They did a great job with a neat finish and left the area clean and tidy.
Very happy with my new resin drive.

Arrived on time and I’m very happy with the completed job on my driveway!!

Stress free and professional from start to finish. Ross explained their products and process really well without any hard sell it was solely down to what we wanted and when, customer service kept us well informed and checked if we had any questions on day of fitting. Keshav and Urim when arrived explained what they were planning to confirm our expectations and worked tirelessly in 30+ heat to deliver. A great looking drive they totally delivered what they said they would on a tricky sloping drive that improves the kerbside appeal no end.

Endri/Bledi
Efficient, hardworking, polite and very experienced and competent in all aspects of the work required. I would highly recommend these workers and their colleagues who worked on my job

Absolutely 5 star company from day 1 to finishing the job . Kirsty came out to set it all up for us , she is very polite and down to earth and nothing is too much trouble for her, from day 1 we were able to contact her for any questions we had. The 2 men that came to do the work were very hard working , polite , cleaned up after them and they did a great job. Would highly recommend Jurassic home solutions.Thank you

After admiring several neighbours new paths we called Jurassic Home Solutions for a quote.
The sales manager called the next day, he was very polite and told us all about the Company and their resin product. We were very impressed and signed up immediately as they could start in 10 days time.
Everything went smoothly from start to finish.
The dig out team of Tomasz & Lukas were friendly and hard working. The logistics of the rubble being collected and the base being delivered was very well managed.
Charlotte in the Office was our point of contact if we had any issues... We were not happy with the width of the bottom step and thought it should be wider! She said that this was not a problem to fix as the guys coming to lay the resin would rectify this to our liking.
Damien & Azam were the spread Team. They were first class and Damien adjusted the bottom step to our liking in no time. When the resin went down it looked fantastic and we are very pleased with it.
It may cost more but it is a quality product from a 5 star Company and comes with a guarantee.
Thank you

Saw the Jurassic Home Solutions stand at Grand Designs. Of the several other similar resin companies in attendance, they stood out and so we booked an initial design consultation to revamp our tired looking front garden and side entrance.

The initial consultation was very straightforward- the salesman answered all our questions, offered advice and allowed us to decide the timeframe to fit in with our plans. The only difficulty was selecting which colour resin to have!

The first appt was the digging out process and laying the waterproof concrete which Lukas and Azam did without the aid of a digger ( slight hitch in that it didn’t fit through our gate). They did a great job getting everything level and laying preprepared patio stones in advance of the resin.

A week later and Lukas and Endri came to lay the resin. In less than 2 hours the job was done and both areas look amazing. They have done an incredible job- very, very pleased and neighbours are already commenting on how good it looks.

Everyone from Jurassic has been friendly, helpful and professional and can’t fault the workmanship- brilliant!!

Can’t comment on the cost as we had nothing to compare it to, but we thought the final total was very reasonable considering the work/materials involved and the end result looks amazing, so as the old adage goes you get what you pay for. A quality product from a quality company
