What a load of cowboys dont waste your money.They are crap.

Just had 9 blinds fitted, the company arrived on time to give us a quote and Allen turned up as scheduled today. Allen was super quick and fitted all 9 blinds in less than 2 hrs. Thank you Allen and just blinds, we will be back soon for the rest of the house

Second time we’ve used Just Blinds and had a great experience both times.
They arrived on time, the guy who came to measure up and provide us with the quote was extremely helpful and friendly. We paid a deposit and was given an installation date by him. We received a text and an email with confirmation of the appointment too.
I received a phonecall from the fitter when he was on his way and again, he was polite, friendly and fitted them in no time. He shown me how to operate each blind and made sure I was happy with everything before cleaning up his mess and leaving everything tidy.
I’d 100% recommend Just Blinds for their quality blinds, customer service, communication, and price.

Just replaced our old, yellowed & slightly mouldy vertical blind slats with new ones from Just Blinds. Easy online ordering, with regular emails regarding delivery. The slats are well made and came well packaged. I chose the weighted end ones rather than the chains and they hang very well. Good value too. Would recommend

They were supposed to come to mine , but because of a complaint I made some months earlier, October 25. I also paid for blackout blinds and yet when they came they werent bkackout blinds, just ordinary blinds! When i phoned up to complain about this, they said"you didnt pay for blackout blinds"! How disgusting! When I phoned to say I needed to make a complaint. Then all of a sudden they sent me a txt saying "through past experiences we won't be able to come to your property" . Please nite this txt was only sent wen I stated I wanted to make a complaint! They let me down time and time again. Just phoned another company and they said they had someone phn to to say Just Blinds had cancelled on them 3 times! I responded with "that sounds about right". Clearly this company just cancel on everyone!

Really happy with the service from Just Blinds. From the first appointment to fitting, everything was organised and straightforward.

The measuring appointment was thorough and everything was explained properly so I knew exactly what I was ordering. Communication throughout was spot on and I was kept updated the whole way through.

The blinds look amazing and you can tell they’re good quality. Fitting was done quickly and professionally, and everything was left tidy afterwards.

Overall just a really smooth experience and I’d 100% recommend Just Blinds to anyone looking for a reliable company.

Do not buy the blackout slats from this company they are horrendous fitted mine and within 2 months they started to curl no privacy whatsoever informed the company and was given ever excuse ie are they over a radiator(no) are they in a South facing window (no) are they in a sunny window (aren't most windows). It's the rubber in the slats that's curling it's happened to hers in her conservatory she told me then absolutely nothing. Don't waste your money with this company.

I had my blinds fitted abd then within a week I noticed a defect. As my blinds are under a 3 year guarantee I contacted Just Blinds for a replacement. It has taken them 3 months to replace my blinds.it is disgusting that after spending so much money on my blinds, I have been treated this way.

The worst of it, I spoke to one of their contacts and she said she would get back to me but failed to contact me. I have been chasing these people for over 3 months now. It is despicable!!

Wouldn’t honor a $20 coupon they enclosed in a swatch sample mailing. Coupon reads $20 off order of $200. I placed an order for $400 and they wouldn’t talent because they said I can’t “stack”‘deals. The problem, there is always some deal going on. To top this, I am a repeat customer who has spent thousands in the last few years alone. When I called for help, I received none. Before ending the call I even said, does it make sense to lose a very good customer (you can clearly see all of my past orders and the current one was going to be $400) over $20 coupon that very much hinges on false advertising? The answer, YES! They would not honor the $20 bucks and chose to lose a good customer. My question, if they won’t help in a slam dunk situation where they had the opportunity to keep a good customer and make me happy, what service will they provide when big money and trouble is on the line?

I couldn’t be happier with my new shutters from Just Blinds Wigan! Paul did an absolutely fantastic job — the shutters look wonderful and have completely transformed my home, making it feel modern, stylish, and so much brighter.

Paul was professional from start to finish. He worked neatly, kept everything tidy, and his attention to detail was outstanding. You can really tell he’s a perfectionist who takes pride in his work.

We’ve just had blinds fitted to our last room in the house a small bedroom. All our room window now have blinds from Just Blinds. I have found them very competitive, well organised and extremely professional in every way from taking measurements and to fitting, great local company.

They are like tissue paper don't waste your money and time.

Whole order has been a nightmare from start to finish. The blinds I am living with - don't fit - I have to manually adjust the cord in the centre of the blinds every time they are opened/closed. This company does not take responsibility for their mistakes. Dreadful customer service. Do not spend your money with this company

I had blinds fitted to the front on my house in October. They were replacing my aluminium ones. I am very disappointed with them to be honest as the bay window has two recess areas and when the blinds are closed they leave a gap which you can see through from the outside. I raised this with the company and was told that this is the way the blinds are designed and they can't reinvent the product! My previous blinds fitted the recess perfectly so I would really challenged this comment. I have to stick the blinds to the wall with blue tack at night as I can't bear looking at the gap!

We had a couple of blinds fitted to a pair of French doors in our conservatory. We were served by the North Wales branch in Abergele. Very straight forward approach. Friendly and informative people who went through the options to ensure we had the correct product. Fast service. Blinds fitted without fuss or bother. First rate

Very pleased with all aspects from telephone conversation to measuring then fitting. Beautiful blinds well made and for an unbelievable price! Would definitely recommend ⭐️

Getting quote from Adam was great, price was significantly lower than a leading competitor, great advice, had the colour I wanted, and the fitter (Chris, I think) was great company. Everything looks really good. Satisfied customer and I hope the blinds lasts long!!

Big thanks to Alan for fitting blinds to front windows today. Lovely personality and efficient in his work. Delighted with the outcome, they look amazing. Look forward to having Just Blinds back when ready to do the rest of the property.
