Bought a blanket for $35 it took a month to arrive, when it did it was the size of a pillow case. They said I couldn't return it because it was on sale. What?? I couldn't return it because it is a SCAM!

This is a scam place I ordered a blanket chunky knit it is made out of asbestos material. I was supposed to be queen size it isn't even the size of a hand towel 59.00 complete rip off! Beware. It took over a month to receive it! They had me believing they were in Cali turns out it finally arrived over a month later from China! What a disappointment. I'm sending it back and they better give me a full refund! Not my fault it has been over 30 days! They need to be reported some how! Total scam!!!!!

This place is terrible. We ordered pajamas a month before christmas. The package came the night before and it wasn't even what we ordered. There is no way of calling them and they never respond to emails. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to shop.

I have sent 5 emails asking about my order that I still have not recieved. No one is reponding to my emails. And there is no phone number to contact. So sad to be taken advantage of.

Absoluetly ridiculous this company.. i ordered a tower socket almost a month ago via pigsback...no info om the tracking and no response from supberb ...it seems to be a common problem with this company!

Seems to be a common theme throughout there reviews. No delivery or very long delivery. I’ve attempted to buy 2 x watches and 7 weeks later have not received any of the watches dispite being told “lost in lost” but the other one never arrived.
I ordered another watch for my husband and that never arrived either. Don’t waste your money ordering of them and don’t waste you time!!

I order a Nemora shirt for my GF back On May 20th.. and haven’t heard anything back from them. I sent out multiples emails, Facebook and messenger still haven’t heard back! this is ridiculous! I can’t even call them if I wanted to no number to call! I want my money back!!!

Firstly how dare you speak to me/a customer like that!

Secondly nowhere in the thread have I been advised that I will receive my orders this week.

What was said I will receive them shortly.

And thirdly, how is that even an acceptable time frame for delivery, seeing as I ordered them over 2 weeks ago?

I will be making a formal complaint now RE how insufficient this form has been, how unhelpful and lacking in detailed responses the replies have been and how inappropriate I have been spoken to.

I placed my order 2 weeks ago, and sent them a message like 2 days after, because i wanted to change the size of the shirt which i bought. I never had any reply to my message, and now i sent them new email, and also tried to contact with facebook and still nothing. When i paid my order, they sent me the automatic reply, that my order is placed by number ... and after that, absolute nothing. Also paid extra for tracking the package, and just hope with fingers crossed that i dont just lose my money.
( So now they gave their reply here as you can see. I've sent new email to them, and now we wait what happens next, and how long do i have to wait this time.)

I placed an order on Wednesday 12th of May and payed extra to be able to track it... unfortunately it still doesnt show anywhere when I try to search for it by the order number nor does the shop answer any messages on social media and none of the emails I have written to them..

I ordered from Superb Direct through Pigsback. com on 23 March, still haven't got the order. They keep saying it will be with me soon, 3 times now they have said that, they use the same excuse, delays at warehouse etc. etc. Refusing also to give me a refund saying a refund will be issued when I refuse delivery of the item at my doorstep and they can track when it is returned. RUBBISH SERVICE.I would also point out that Superb direct is nothing to do with Just Superb.

I bought a rahen outdoor garden funiture! The covers came mouldy! Black in colour! The funiture was wet! One chair had spots of discoloration and the other chair had broken rahen just about to snap! The tracking was crap! In fact their was no tracking left messages 4 them! They did respond and apologized about the delay! The estimation date of delivery was out by 6 days! I paid 30 euro 4 delivery box was broken wet and insects inside and mouldy! Where ever they stored it! Waiting to get answers I asked 4 2 new seat covers and new chairs rahen snapped so we see how they settled this faulty delivery
