Poor quality iron ons
I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of the item. It's just an iron on and the material is thin and threads loose. An expensive poor quality hoodie. This is such a shame as they look great on the site. The company have given me a voucher to buy something else but to be honest I'm not sure I want something else, especially at their prices. I would not recommend this company, sorry.

Good product, long wait
Very nice product. My wife looks amazing in it and we are both star wars fans. It does take a while to deliver but worth the wait especially if you are looking for a unique gift.

Ordered a gift for my girlfriend as a New Year gift on the 21st of December, and took on their recommendation an Express delivery which says delivery 4-8 days, which was a lie, when I paid i got the email that delivery is 2-4 weeks....
No response from the costumer service regarding the whereabouts of the package, no response for a blatant lie to the costumers and no gift for my girlfriend... 🤬
Don't buy from them and save yourself the hassle, extremely disappointed!

Hi Matija,
Thank you very much for taking the time to review our service. We are sorry to know that you had this experience with us. Factors such as delayed logistics, strict aviation security and customs clearings (outbound or inbound) may affect the delivery time. These are factors that are totally out of our control.
Per your comments, we will check with the courier to see what caused the problem so we can make improvements in the future. Meanwhile, we are willing to refund the amount you paid for shipping to make things right for you and hope this compensates for this inconvenience, One of our customer support will reach out to your regarding this matter. Your feedback is a great help to us!
Best Regards,
Abigail

Very disappointing service
I ordered a Christmas present for my husband on December 1st. Today is Christmas day and it never arrived. In addition this company only answered one of my many inquiries. They took my money and have not delivered. Extremely disappointing. It would not recommend this company to anyone in the future.

Not Delivered
I ordered a product 1 month ago for my child to have for Christmas. I had had a response saying it would be here by the end of the week. It hasn't arrived and they are now not replying to any of my messages. It's so unfair as my child wanted this gift for Christmas and now looks like he wont get it as I don't have the money to by another .
In relation to your response. I still have had no update or no body has responded to my messages on Pigsback???
