Great product, great customer service!!
I had the best service with Just Superb. I bought a Let it Bee dress but ordered the wrong size (didn’t notice that you have to order twice your regular size to fit). They were super quick to respond on messenger and offered to reship the right size as soon as I gave the the return tracking number. I received my dress 2-3 weeks later and it fits like a glove. I really like the fabric too, very soft and cozy. I’m happy customer and god knows how tough a customer I am!
Will recommend to my friends and probably will buy more :)

First I ordered a dress that was…
First I ordered a dress that was supposed to be on sale for $39 from $80. It was so thin and cheap looking plus the picture was barely painted on and wouldn't last two washings. I tried to return it and they suggested sending me another item as postage from Canada to China is expensive. I went with that and ordered the plus size Keesh long hoodie on sale for $35 plus a tshirt which I have not received yet and it was $29. It was a real hassle with the order. The long hoodie came and is out two to three inches less than their sizing in the bust, waist and hips. the fabric is rough, thin polyester with a very sharp unworkable zipper. The same hoodie is on Amazon.ca for $13. I would send it all back except the International postage to China from Canada would be $50-$$60 dollars. The only thing good about Just Superb is those replying to the emails which are very polite. The products are cheap and extremely over priced plus returning will cost a fortune.

Jeg har handlet hos Just-superb to gange, og i begge tilfælde har jeg været tilfreds med både produkt og god behandling fra deres ansattes side! Min første bestilling var en kjole. Den kom inden for det aftalte tidspunkt og var af høj kvalitet - farve, motiv, materialet, det hele klappede bare. Den er siden blevet noget af mit yndlingstøj.
Min anden bestilling var af endnu en kjole og af en goodie. Jeg modtog produktet efter ca 20 dage, men siden gør opmærksom på at fragten fra Kina til Europa er lang, så det var jeg forberedt på. Igen var kjolens kvalitet upåklagelig, men trøjen var alt for lille til min kæreste , selvom vi havde brugt de måleskabeloner hjemmesiden selv havde anvist, samt havde et hul i en lomme. Jeg skrev til Just-Superbs kundeservice og fik svar inden for et døgn, hvor jeg blev bedt om at skrive den størrelse jeg godt kunne tænke mig på den nye hoodie de ville sende mig. Jeg behøvede heller ikke sende den jeg allerede havde modtaget tilbage. Jeg venter på den nye trøje nu.
Så en virkelig god oplevelse indtil videre.

Another poor quality asian make.
I am always warry of FB pages which don't allow reviews etc.
So I need to writie it here, should have known better but been sold on what was on the website.
The quality and fit of the product is absolutely shocking.
This is yet another poor asian made product which neither fits properly, nor it was worth even a fraction of the money I paid for it. It is terrible waste of money and all the polution and material going into making something so bad.
Quite upseting.
And I can't even post a photo in here so its hard to show.
Overall the waist area which on the website is more taken in, in the one I received is completely loose and much larger, the whole hoodie is in more of and A shape then hourglass.
You have pieces of thread sticing around. Fabric is very low quality. Lower part of sleeve looks like a patter and fabric which would be used for thermals. Not the smooth effect which is advertised on website.

What a terrible experience I had!
What a terrible experience I had!! I placed my order in August, when I didn't hear from a month later I sent them an email. Luckily they responded saying that they are a small company that had recently started up and didn't anticipate so many orders. I asked about estimated date of delivery - no reply! Instead they kept on sending more specials. No tracking updates! When I eventually received my order on the 28th Oct.... It's not exactly what I had ordered! I live in very hot country! The size is OK but it's a LONG SLEEVE not short sleeve as advertised !! I'm very annoyed and disappointed. Regards Sinazo

I'd get another one
I think the warning from others, about the sizing, made me order a size larger than I would have. But its great to go over a shirt...as a light wrap for a Spring or Fall day. I now wish I'd ordered it in a more cheerful color...but, black goes with everything, so it's all good. You just have to be patient, as it ships from overseas. They're very good about giving you tracking info, though. I'm currently dieting, so I'm sure I'll order another, in time.

I would choose ZERO stars if possible.
The quality of their clothes is very POOR. Images and writing IRONED on the texture.
Made an order, after a month received the WRONG item. The customer support is POOR and extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. After some bargaining they said they would give me a voucher for the same amount I paid for. They gave me a voucher of the amount the item costs NOW, which is HALF of the price I PAID. Embarrassing. I asked them to at least include the free tracked shipping and they didn't even answered my question. Had to pay myself AGAIN for the secure tracked shipping.
EMBARRASSING. Hope you'll go bankrupt soon.
EDIT: in response to your answer, I do know that the second order I made - paying myself AGAIN for the tracked shipping - is on the way. I do not miss e-mails and no need to check the spam folder, but thanks for the smart advice.
The fact that the second order I placed - let's see if this time you managed to send me the right item, who knows - is on the way does not change anything of what I wrote before nor of how you handled the situation.
PS: amazing how fast you answer when it comes to bad reviews! And I even told you I would avoid write a bad review if you would have handled this in a decent way. You didn't so no, I will not change my review, as it only states facts, and no, I do not intend to "help your company moving forward".

I ordered the Sarabi "I am black woman" dress on Sept. 28 and have not received it yet. I have never received a confirmation of the order, no order number or tracking number. No type of communication at all regarding my order yet my bank account has already been deducted for the cost of the dress. I sent an email last week asking if my order was processed or has it been shipped but I have received no response. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication from this company, especially since you have already taken my money. If you cannot respond to my inquiry and provide me with a tracking number and estimated arrival time. Please cancel my order and issue me a refund please.
