14 Days and NO WORD from Just Superb
I placed my order 14 days ago, got the usual automated responses that gave me temporary assurance. I was given a tracking number and advised to track my parcel in 3-4 business days, but 14 days later and i get NO result. I have emailed the provided support address but get another automated response saying that i will get a response in 1-2 business days - but its been 4 days now and NOTHING. I'm really disappointed. I just want to received what i've paid a huge amount for.

After waiting weeks for my order of one…
After waiting weeks for my order of one t-shirt I was so happy that it had finally arrived only to see that the shirt would not fit my husband and maybe not even my ten year old granddaughter. I ordered a 3XL so it would fit him and received a child size medium. I paid over $30.00 for a shirt that I thought my husband would love. This is a terrible place to order from. I sure hope I can get a refund after reading the policy I wonder if that will happen. I will report this company to the BBB.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! I placed an order thinking it may have been a little sketchy but gave it a shot anyway. I brought two shirts for $80 total. They sent two incorrect shirts which I did not order and insisted I pay to ship the items back to them. Mind you they are located in China so shipping is a minimum of $25. Meaning IF I receive my refund I’m still losing $25 to this scam of a site without ever receiving the items I ordered. My suggestion. DO NOT order from here you’ll be disappointed and most likely will have just wasted your money.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We apologize for the fact that you received two instead of one. There must have been a mistake somewhere which is not normal to us as we already see things through and through.
We wholeheartedly take responsibility for the situation and would like to give you a store credit for the amount you paid in customs. Please send us your order details at support@just-superb.com. Looking forward, we will do our best so this wont happen again and and improve future customer experiences. If there’s anything else I can do to make you feel better, please let me know.

Worth the wait
I had read reviews before ordering so understood it would take roughly 2 weeks for it to arrive. I did chase it up though as the tracker was in the same place for a good few days and the response was swift and helpful from the customer service team.
I’d ordered 2 t-shirt dresses and they very comfortable and fit very nicely. Was worth the wait. Thank you!

Best customer service I've ever experienced (and great quality too)
Customer service like I've never seen before! Great quality to the products but I'd ordered the wrong size (missed the bit about going a couple sizes up for the dresses). As the top had fitted perfectly I'd got rid of the packaging and hung the dresses up. Couple weeks later when i went to wear them, disaster! Way too tight and way to short for me. Emailed the company with just an observation to make the suggestion more obvious and they promptly asked for a photo of them (whcih I sent) and they then agreed a replacement. Couldn't believe it. Completely my error but nothing was too much. Really great service and ensured that i will be adding to my collection throigh them. They literally were, Just Superb
