AVIOD. AVOID AVOID
UPDATE
Just superb. Thank you for your reply but unfortunately, I found both the garments I received very pure quality. I am glad you get good feedback perhaps I should just have avoided anything you sell with a motif on it. You need to inform customers that garments are not printed they are simple iron on. Also for this type of product your prices are very expensive.
Mags
AVIOD.. AVOID.. AVOID. I would have given zero stars if I could. .Extremely bad quality, motifs are just iron on and very poor quality material. I bought just let it Bee top and I was extremely disappointed. They said I could not have a refund as returning it would cost me a lot more. So they gave me a credit which meant I had to get something else. So I got an into the forest sweatshirt just so I could get some of my money back. I will wear them for mucking about in the garden as wouldn’t dare wear them in public as cheap Rubbish. Again the sweatshirt had an iron on image and poor quality garment. I believe the money I spent on one garment still didn’t cover The 2 garments I got because of bad quality. I could have bought and printed these myself for half the price. Would never recommend and would never use again.

Scammers - AVOID!!!
I have already left a review for this company but, since then, things have gone from bad to worse!
They claim that they refunded me two weeks ago and are sticking to this position even though nothing has come through. They clearly haven't refunded me but it's easier to keep fobbing me off with a lie.
In the meantime, I am having to fight this through PayPal to try and get a refund. PayPal have just asked me to post the item and provide proof, even though I have already done this and the company will know that it has been received (I have checked the tracking). They are playing PayPal to stall for time. Anything to avoid refunding me.
I can see that I am unlikely to get my money back and so my advice would be to avoid this dodgy company like the plague. They are scammers!!

Hi Cathy!
Thank you for your update on your concern.
First of all, we sincerely apologize for all the trouble this has caused you. Please know that we are not a scam and we will not hesitate to arrange a refund if we see that there's any problem with your order.
I have checked your order and confirmed that it has been refunded from our end. To investigate this further, I will personally get in touch with our finance department to see if there is any hold from PayPal which caused this issue.
Please allow us 24-48 hours to confirm what happened. We appreciate a chance in making things right. Thank you for your patience in this case.

I placed an order on just superb.
It took very more then 3 weeks before I received the parcel.
With this delay, the 30 days refund will end in a few days ans I can’t find any procedure / return adress on the website.
The quality of the fabric is very bad and the smell of the close stink!
I wrote an email to get a refund and never heard back from the customer service.
Don’t order on this website!

Hi Thea,
Thank you for reporting this to us.
First of all, we sincerely apologize to hear that you haven't received your order a month after your purchase. This is not normal as we always make sure to deliver our packages on time. Factors such as delayed logistics, strict aviation security and customs clearings (outbound or inbound) may affect the delivery time which is out of our control.
But please don't worry, we'll do our best to locate your package and will arrange a reshipment or refund for you if there is any issues with the delivery. I have forwarded your email to our support team for better communication in this matter. They'll get in touch with you in a few minutes.
We appreciate customers like you who let us know when things aren't right.
Best Regards,
Abigail

This company are awesome but materials disappoint
This company are awesome. They are a breath of fresh air in a world of corporate greed. The first dress arrived and I loved it but it went bobbly after a few wears. They replaced it straight away, offering a voucher if I wasn't happy. Charming emails from Mikee. Despite the lovely customer service the two follow up dresses I received were a different colour green and baggier bigger and shapeless, compared to the original dress. The fabric is cheap and disappointing .Certainly not worth what I paid . I really recommend the company look at their supplier because the goods that are being dispatched from China are simply NOT up to standard . Despite the lovely company ethos I won`t be able to shop with them again. Great Shame.

great To deal with
Took the chance to order from this company, no problems at all.
The sizes are true to UK sizes. I ordered Millicent “Let it bee” grey top in small as I’m size 8-10, fits perfect. Material feels nice. I ordered 2 sizes as I wasn’t sure of fit, small & medium, please be mindful that you are responsible for paying for returns to China, the website didn’t make this very clear, I emailed the company explaining my grievance & they were amazing to deal with. I’ve received a prompt full refund with no trouble at all. I wouldn’t worry about ordering from this company again. Loving my new top
