Customer service AMAZING!
I ordered a dress and when it arrived it was to small. I emailed the company to see how I can return it and exchange it for a bigger size and I was told that they would just send me another one without me having to send back the one that was to small for me! Excellent tracking information and excellent customer service! I will order from here again! Side note: order 2-3 sizes bigger than you normally wear! 4 star rating because their sizing chart is not correct.

Placed an order two months ago now and have still yet to receive it. When I reached out to just superb twice they never replied to me either time. My advice would be save your money and spend it somewhere where you’ll actually receive a product you paid for.

I love my Faerie™ hooded sweatshirt
I love my Faerie™ - "And Into The Forest I Go To Lose My Mind..." Hoodie!
I haven't worn it yet only tried it on a couple dozen times!! 🙃
I am saving it for a trip that I take every year with my mom and sisters & we leave in a couple weeks.
I have not washed it yet but will let you know after I do what I think of it then.
But...so far I love it!!

Hi Simon,
Thank you for your detailed review, we appreciate it. Tracking information should be available within 3-5 days after order gets shipped out. If this isn't the case, there must be an issue with logistics or the courier we used.
Thus, your feedback has been passed to them for further investigation. Our customer's satisfaction is our first priority so you can be assured that we take things seriously. We have reached out to you through email to discuss this further. We will not hesitate to send a reshipment of refund your order, whichever works for you, upon further investigation. We hope to receive your response soon.

Scam
Wish I had read reviews before ordering. I ordered a dress over a month ago, still nothing. Tried to contact the company they said to ask my neighbours and contact Royal Mail because the item has been delivered, well if it’s been delivered then why haven’t I received it? concerning. Absolutely useless customer service, I don’t even want this dress anymore, I want my money back. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. I have contacted PayPal and will be taking this further, I will also be sharing my thoughts on this company to my 12k followers on Instagram, if I don’t get my refund I will be taking legal action.

Shipping carrier mess ups is out of our control but of you weren't able to find your package, we'd be glad to arrange a reshipment for FREE or arrange a refund. We have sent you an email to discuss this further.
