Thanks to Just Dial. It has helped Me to Grow My Business a Lot from the beginning.

I have taken Paid Listing in 2016 from Mysore. Helped Me to Open New Branches in Bangalore,Tumkur,Hubli, Coorg,Shivmoga, Bellary,Hassan.

I will recommend all the New Business to take Just Dial Paid Subscription.

Fraud ,, worst lead they provide!!

I have been using justdial since 2024 it is well worked to my business initially I registered with basic package of 36000 per annum I'm was happy about getting new client to my business everyday later I have upgrade to premium package of 84000 which is even more successfully working to my business I strongly recommend any business to register with jd only if you want new customer for your business.

Excellent service

Called to Justdial for fridge repair... within 60 mins I got my job done with best price in the market....

Worst platform ever, dont even register your business here otherwise 20 people daily call you and will force you to buy our package. really disturbing and worst platform

Very disappointing and unprofessional service. I took a subscription for my tour and travel business from Justdial after their executive made many false promises. They convinced me to pay the advance amount and said they would guide and support my business.

But after taking the payment, everything changed. The rules suddenly became different and no proper guidance was provided. It feels like they only care about taking money from customers and not about providing real service.

Even after requesting many times to stop the ECS, they are not cancelling it and the money is still being deducted from my bank account. When we try to talk to their staff, they behave very rudely.
Also, a person named Jitendar from their team spoke to us very rudely and unprofessionally. Instead of solving the issue, his attitude was arrogant and disrespectful. This kind of behavior clearly shows how little they care about their customers.
This has been a very bad experience. I feel cheated and would not recommend anyone to take services from this company. Please think twice before trusting them.

English Translation:

“They are the biggest fraud company… Neither the staff is good nor the company. Whatever they promise earlier, later they refuse those same things. Honestly, it’s better for your business to sink than to take a subscription from these people. And yes, their staff doesn’t even know how to talk properly. There is a guy named Jitender who is very rude. First they say one thing and later their policies say something completely different. Disgusting… they are thieves.”

Just dial is a thief and a scammer
