Justdial Reviews

Very good service

Just dial is good platform for all kind of marchent

Just dial is a biggest platform for business amd Customer base

I am using just dial from last 7 years . Superb experience

I am using Justdial from.last 3 year by this gud leads and gud response

They took payment , sales agent name sanjay and sushant. Not guided properly not supported in KYC. After deducting advance and first ECS service not activated. Its More than 3 days deduction of first ECS.Pathetic service from these agents. Fake promise and changed. Looking for instant support to getting activate service.

Never trust this company. I am warning you before you list any of your services.

I waited two months before writing this because I normally do not post negative reviews. But in this case, I feel responsible to protect future customers.

I listed my digital marketing service on this platform and the lead quality was terrible. Most leads had zero buying intent. Many were job seekers, random enquiries, or people who looked like competitors trying to waste time. It felt like they were sending anything just to complete their quota, not real prospects who want to buy.

Support is even worse. Before I joined, they made multiple promises to close the deal. After payment and once you are locked into the one-year plan, they stop caring. No proper resolution, no accountability, no improvement.

My advice: stay away from this platform at any cost. You will waste money, time, and energy.

I have started with basic package and now enededup continuing with just dial by paying almost 20,00,000. I got a great experience with JD and doing good business.

Great going keep it up.

They do not provide easy amd clear ways to cancel the contract. Instead work on keeping you locked in their ECS mandate. The mandate is for 50 years! Lol.
The business side is okayish. They do bring in some customers but they may not be worth the money.

Good service

Worst Fraudulent Experience with Justdial – Complete Scam, Zero Genuine Leads in a Year!

I took the paid listing in Justdial a year back expecting authentic business leads. Oh, what a BIG MISTAKE THAT PROVED TO BE.
The entire year I have been receiving over 200 "business leads," but nothing but absolute fake leads: just fake mobile numbers, incorrect business names, Spam inquiries.

Their "3rd class service" is nothing short of SCAMMING; they advertise quality business leads but peddle absolute rubbish in order to milk desperate small business operations.

While I repeatedly contacted their customer service with complaints regarding the zero ROI and their brazen reply was “We will give leads only if we receive good call flow.”
Well, they openly admit that they do not have call flow but continue to sell heavily anyway?!

I made official complaints to them through calls around 5-6 times, attaching screenshots of my sample leads, but they simply refuted my claims and said “We don’t have call flow”.

Avoid this bogus company – it’s an utter waste of your hard-earned cash and time too!

JustDial support system is mother bucking stupid very worst support, since many days i asking to reach me, there is no option reach them. Stupid service.

Thank u justdial for providing quality leads and customer support and I will recommend to all businesses to join.
