Prompt, efficient and friendly service
Within half an hour of realising we had a problem with our cold water tank and ballcock and sending requests for assistance via Checktrade I received a reply from JustFix, saying that Shane was nearby and could be with us in 5-10 mins. And he was. Fixed the issue inside the hour, including going off to buy a replacement part. We were invoiced according to the quoted hourly rate – and crisis averted, on a Friday afternoon too!

No show (after moving date) with no comms!
Arranged a call out for this Saturday on Thursday. Expressed it was the only time I was free. Was called immediately and asked to move to Tuesday. I reiterated my availability and the need for the issue to be fixed sooner. They said they’d ring back and did to offer a Friday slot of 12-4pm. I said this wouldn’t work but could do 1-3pm. They said they’d let me know if confirmed later that day and eventually it was via text.
Come to yesterday (Friday) and I received no call or message before during or after this timeframe. Extremely disappointed in the service.
Why offer an online portal to book a service if you’re going to try move to another day? Why if you’re no longer going to show could you not tell me that’s the case? I lost earnings because of this.

My boiler was installed a few years ago. The standard of workmanship was, in my opinion, excellent. Shane has now serviced it twice. On both occasions he was efficient, on time and very friendly. A credit to the company!

We had air conditioning installed throughout the upstairs of our house by Vas and his team. They are incredibly professional, hard working and very tidy. The system is wonderful. It is extremely quiet and efficient. Vas took the time to explain everything thoroughly and set up the app on our phones. I highly recommend this service

Excellent Service
The engineer, Michael, arrived on time and was extremely polite, helpful and knowledgable. We had booked a gas boiler service, but Michael also flagged a couple of unrelated issues with our plumbing and sorted out an old gas pipe that had been sticking out of the floor for decades! The service was very thorough, but he managed to not go over the originally quoted hour, so we were also very happy with the value for money. I would definitely use Boiler Pro again and recommend them.

Have used this company before and they give very good service . Booking was simple and they easily remedied the appt when I had to change it . Service engineer on time and very thorough , although my boiler is 16 years old he gave it a clean bill of health , will keep using this company .

Great service from JustFix. Appointment offered same day, but I couldn't do that, so next day 1st thing booked.
Engineer arrived promptly, very friendly and polite, and identified the very basic problem quickly. Waited to ensure all was resolved.
I love the idea of shoe covers - a great touch.

start to finish. BoilerPro regularly service my boiler and apparently most of my neighbours’ boilers too. I find them very professional. The booking process over the phone is very simple, the technician who visited my house within 48 hours was very punctual. Very competitively priced.
