Terrible customer service
I would not recommend ordering from this company based on my recent experience with their customer service and return policy. My dog is currently on a veterinarian recommended diet, so I have not been able to use the DIY kits or algae oil I purchased. I also missed the window to cancel my auto-ship order for the algae oil. I contacted customer service in advance to ask if I could return the unopened item once it arrived, and was told that returns are not accepted and that I should consider donating it instead. While I understand the limitations around returning certain pet food products, I was hoping for more flexibility given that the item is unused and still sealed…it is a sealed bottle of algae oil, not perishable dog food. Additionally, the $20 shipping cost for a small bottle feels excessive. Overall, this experience has been disappointing, and I would not feel comfortable recommending this company to others based on my experience. There are other pet food companies that offer more customer friendly policies and support.
