I found Just Property to be very helpful and professional during my search for apartments in Hastings/ St.Leonards. Of all the agents I worked with, they were the most organised in terms of booking viewings, keeping me up to date with any changes, and making sure I knew where I had to be and when. Lola was especially proactive in her communication with me, which was welcomed as I was coming from overseas. Shout out also to Harry who showed me around the selected properties and help me navigate the different types of housing in the area.

Ben at the Fairlight Office for Just Property was nothing short of brilliant! He single handily made sure our complicated chain exchanged; with a persistence and patience that is very rare. I cannot thank him and his team enough. He wasn’t selling our property, but dealing with the sale of the one we were buying. I think we came across just about every problem along the way, but Ben either solved it or managed to push it all through. He gave us regular updates and informed us of progress in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Just Property for all your sales or buying needs, if this is anything to go by, an excellent service!!

6 years ago our son purchased his house in Hastings via Just Property. Last year he put it on the market with another estate agent due to a recommendation he'd been given. It didn't sell and the level of service he received wasn't great. During a difficult market, within a couple of months of marketing the property with Just Property, a number of quality buyers had viewed the property and a first time buyer was found. Colin and his team have been incredibly thorough throughout the process and have done a great job of liaising between solicitors and the purchaser which is something clients rarely appreciate happens behind the scenes. My son has now exchanged and a completion date has been organised. Many thanks to Colin and his team.

The overall level of attention and advice has been admirable. In our case the market was difficult and various adjustments were necessary to make a sale. These were realistically and well managed. Rita Claassen from Just property found me a buyer for my upmarket house in Humewood. Rita was helpful with every step of the process. She even sat at the house when the buyers sent in a building inspector for a few hours to check everything before they put the offer in as I live in JHB. Even when the sale was through and was at the Attorneys her after sale service was over and beyond what it needed to be. I would definitely recommend using Rita.
