The box was delivered on time but was damaged. Normally the small baker box is a relatively small box of very stiff cardboard and everything travels safely in it. This time it was a larger box with a very soft cardboard. It had been resealed with tape by DPD delivery but that hadn't prevented the contents being squashed inside. The packets of flour were dented but hadn't broken and were quite usable and the rolls were intact but the loaf had been squashed so some of the bread was broken up inside it and not easily usable.
I'm sorry to report this failure in packaging as normally the small boxes protect the products totally and am not sure why this box was larger and very soft cardboard but maybe it will help you to trace if there was some hitch in the packing process. Overall I am very satisfied with your service and the ease with which I was able to ensure that I( was back from being away to receive the box. Thank you and all best wishes

Easy to set up subscription. Bread baked fresh and delivered quickly. I love this bread as toast and when we found out the nhs were stopping us having it on prescription we had to find another way to get it. The only supermarket it is available in is Tesco. I do wish they broadened that out to other supermarkets for if we need extra as we do not have a Tesco close by

Now having to buy the flour I used to get on prescription but it’s my favourite for making bread and the subscription model works fine

Reliable and efficient always

Service and advice from juvella was excellent. Sadly delivery company let them down and parcel was delivered to the wrong address. Thankfully an observant neighbour saw it and redirected it to me. The house where the parcel was left is empty. I did notify the delivery company of the mistake to ensure future deliveries are delivered to the correct address. Thankyou the bread is fabulous.

Juvella fresh bread is still the best bread product I have ever found. The brown bread is delicious although sometimes inconsistent in its size and air holes under the crust.
The ordering system is easy to use and flexible if you want to swap products within your order.
The delivery service is generally good and arrives quickly enough for the bread still to be fresh.
Freezes very well and I would definitely recommend using Juvella.
Normally if there is any problem with order or delivery customer service is excellent although response can differ depending on who answers your query.
But all in all Juvella deserves 5* and I will continue to purchase their products.

They are a great company I can buy Gluten Free bread, babs. biscuits, flour paster if I need it many firms don't have as much variety. and its always on time.

i am not sure that the company is still operating i have been phoning for a week no one available -no response from messages left nor from e-mails sent to find out where my wifes delivery is - i received a link for evri but the phone code on the message was for moroco!! so i ignored it particularly as the info in the message was totally false
