Excellent website, clear and great produce

Excellent products great service.

Great service, excellent support from the Putney team. Delicious Beef Wellington

Simply perfect.

The Fulham Road BBQ is great too.

I was trying to send a gift card to my son in law via email but it was not possible.

I had to send to myself -then forward to him.
I had to nominate a pick up date ????
There was no where for me to send him a message to accompany the gift card.

Thanks

Brilliant customer service, I was kept up to date with all the delivery schedule - including a phone call .
Not tried the meat yet but it looks amazing, chuck roast with some terrific marbelling , can't wait.

First time buyer so wasn’t sure what to expect but looked good and would deliver in time for date I needed. Turns out it was the most fantastic quality product. Seem to take real pride as a business offering quality foods. Well packed, great cooking instructions and delivered promptly. Easy to navigate website. Can’t ask for any more - will order again undoubtedly!

I bought the wagu burgers hamper as a present they said it was fabulous and from someone who enjoys gourmet burgers that's a hit.
This is the second order for the same thing and both have nothing but praises.
All in good time I was kept in the loop for delivery, I know this isn't your company's fault but the parcel was left on the doorstep for 4 hours as my son was at work
Luckily it was still there and kept cold.

This is the third year now that I’ve ordered for Christmas and they are hands down the best of the best!! Beautifully executed and delivered on time and reliable even at Christmas time!! The meat always tastes amazing too!!!!

The delivery was on time and to the door. The beef brisket quality was perfect and therefore the Guinness beef stew went down a storm at my dinner soiree with 12 guests!

Great website, simple to order

Great meat and other foods and fantastic service.

Kelly was super helpful and kind - thank you!

Simple to use and quick comprehensive response to query

everything good - service - food

Best local butchers. Quality and service outstanding. Be sure to sign up for generous discount codes!

Order very simple to place;
from past experience, will be delivered as requested

This was my first on line order and (with a little bit of help from my husband) it was pretty straightforward. I will certainly use your system again - particularly when I can order for a specific collection date.
Thank you.

My order arrived promptly and everything was fresh, very good quality, and well in date. Everything was still chilled even after it had travelled from London all the way to the lake District. I would highly recommend.

Poor customer service. Delivery delayed and manager only offered solution of paying for second order.
