Lorry unnecessarily blocked whole street in Longniddry 13 Aug and refused to make eye contact or engage with any vehicle driver stuck in both directions. He could have parked 3, 4 feet back and a yard closer to pavement but no, had to block road forcing drivers to reverse a hundred yards either way. Not a problem if he had just engaged, said he would be 5, 10 minutes or whatever. Just totally rude and uncooperative.

Great customer service. Called me to confirm my order and book a delivery day. The driver was excellent and placed the bag of stones were I needed it. The driver saved me hours of work by helping to place the bag so I could cut it and let the stones fall out and along the garden border.

I placed an order amounting to nearly a thousand pounds on their website.
I was asked for delivery address and quoted s delivery price. A couple of hours later I received a message telling me they don't deliver to my area.
Over a week later I am still editing to be refunded my money, meaning I can't re order from a company that is prepared to deliver!
I'm sure if you live nearby they are fine but don't expect a service if you don't!
Tyucsl that they can remove money from my account within seconds but are unwilling to refund!

I enjoy JW Grant, product range and am always happy with the products.
My only challenge, is that after taking time to book a date for product delivery, I received a call to say my materials would not be delivered until the next day. This is a bit disappointing, especially as the day I had arranged suited my needs.
I do however, understand there are times when deliveries meet challenges for unforseen reasons.
Over all, please do keep shining brightly JW Grant!

I recently placed a large order for my garden renovation with JW Grants Maryhill depot in Glasgow. I dealt with Jamie who was very accommodating and nothing was an issue even though I changed my mind multiple times before finalising an order and quote, everything arrived exactly when Jamie said it would and I couldn’t be any happier with the service I received. Highly recommend.

We used JW Grant as a provider for Symphony Kitchens in which their ‘kitchen specialist’ came out to measure our kitchen and sent recommended appliances to fit correctly for what we requested. From their advice and guidance as a specialist, we now have a kitchen and appliances that can’t be installed correctly leaving us out of pocket to rectify the problem. They have eventually agreed a refund of the units purchased by them, but it does not cover the loss of costs on the appliances and the joiner who was unable to fulfil the job due to there incompetence. Instead they told us you aren’t at a loss of money. Would never use this company again and recommend others to avoid. A stressful, expensive error caused by a so called professional at this company.
