Placed an order for 4 dining chairs and got a coffee table.....dont know how they could mistake the two 🙄🙄

Crap company pay 50 euro delivery and takes over 2 weeks to deliver never use again

Ordered beds online, website shows items in stock however this is misleading as "in stock" does not mean in Ireland. Therefore it took two weeks for our order to become available, when we went to collect the items, two beds, in Ballincollig store one of the headboards was damaged. Manager offered a €50 reduction (bed was €260) however when we asked for a replacement headboard we were informed that we would have to leave the full bed which would again take 2/3 weeks to become available. Unfortunately we did not have the time to wait and had to take damaged bed. Found staff to be very unhelpful.

Had to write a good review after reading the negative ones but still ordered because Jysk was the only place I could get the table I was looking for. Had no problems whatsoever. Done click and collect from the Waterford store. Table arrived earlier than expected. Staff were so helpful at the shop. Really good quality solid oak table. Delighted. Hopefully they are reading and improving on the reviews

Bought a garden furniture rattan type set. Was really impressed with the value, quality and ease to make it. Can't understand the low rating. We also got a parasol stand and large parasol which are great products. No complaints. Letterkenny store are friendly and helpful albeit a little understaffed at times

Bought Two dining room chairs in Mahon point store today. While waiting for them to come out we moved off to the side as to let the next customer check out. They were brought out from the back on a trolly by a male staff member who proceeded to just dump the trolly by the door and walk away without acknowledging us, telling us it was our order or saying anything at all. My father uses a walking aid as he is disabled which left me to manage the boxes on my own. Very poor customer service

If I could score lower I would. Ordered and paid for a sofabed in Portlaoise store. Despite delivery date passing no one contacted me. On eventually making contact with store I was asked to wait for a Manager to discuss situation. Several emails to customer services, automated replies. I would not recommend or use JYSK again. There is zero customer services and in the Portlaoise Store zero ability to make contact with a customer.

Not even one star. Poor customer service. Wrong parts delivered. After,when gave information about extra parts delivered and about missing parts. Got answer, that i NEED you to send back extra parts. Hello???? Take your extra parts. No sorry or we made mistake. I NEED??? Ftf. I would love to get missing parts 😅

What a shocker! Extremely poor service.. cheap and nasty.. that’s the essence of this company

We brought a bed frame yesterday!
Come home and start to put it together!
Turn out there is no wooden bed slats including the price! So that was missing.I don’t think we buy a car with out an engine! Or buy a shoe with out any of the shoe parts missing.. ?
now probably I’m feeling a bit let done with this purchase! Anyway! We called them they said that is not including the bed frame price! So we can go and pick up 1 the other side of Dublin or they can ship out 1 in 2 weeks time!
So we can sleep on the mattress on the floor beside our new bed frame 😉
I think they should let the customer know hey stupid you have to buy 1 more part as extra or you have to sleep on the floor! Because the bed not useful as you buy it from us!
Very bad experience!

Visited Santry branch tomorrow. Customer service was excellent. Roxanne was the member of staff that processed our purchase. Her attentiveness and patience is to be complimented

Extremely poor customer service - Broken item receivedI received a broken picture frame and immediately contacted customer service. It has been 2 weeks now, and nobody has bothered to reply to my request (Case: 31916343).This is absolutely terrible service. It is completely unacceptable to ignore customers for weeks when you sent a damaged product. I am extremely disappointed and want this issue resolved immediately.

I was on line and saw Santry branch had solar lights I liked so I visited store to purchase same - I asked when I got to store about lights but was told that delivery had just arrived (even though the items were showing as in stock) and it would be the next day before they would be on shelf - that was last Thursday. Went back to jysk today as solar lights are still showing as available only to be told they still haven't found them - another wasted trip - would not recommend this store.

No stars if I could absolutely lousy customer service, possibly worst ever in retail trade. Was enquiring about a parasol in Santry branch on Saturday, one left at 200 Euros. Was told by a so called supervisor that it was the last one a couldn't be sold off until end of the Month. Happened to call in today and guess what SOLD/ GONE.
Looking at website later on, 5 available in Beacon Store. Trade calling them 11 times, and each time phone was answered and hung up.
Says it all about their service and dreadfull staff!!!!!

Absolutely shocking experience in Swords Branch on Saturday 18th. First of all their staff are only kids & do not know how to deal with Customers. We wanted to but the 4 x 3 Gazeebo that was advertised on the shop floor. I asked had they got it in stock I was told to take a seat he would ask the Stores. 10 Mins later I had to go back to the Young Lad and ask again. This time he told me they had 3 in Stock , We ordered the Gazeebo at this point I just thought Id make sure it was the 4 x 3 he said no it was the 3 x 3 he was getting for me. There is only 1 Gazeebo on the floor in Swords & thats 4 x 3. I even pointed to the one I wanted. You need to train your staff in listening to Customers & have Managers there as well , before going to the Counter we asked another girl and she didnt want to know us. Very unprofessional & rude , Will never go back to this shop. Bought a Gazeebo in the Range same size an €35 Cheaper.

I recently had the grand misfortune to visit both the JYSK shops in Airside Swords and Northwood Retail Park in Santry over the course of a weekend in search of items to furnish a new apartment.
Along with my parents, in the Airside branch, I picked out roughly E1,200 worth of items including a sofa bed, a bedframe and mattress and a specific folding dining table along with some smaller items.

Urgh, where do I begin with the customer service or lack thereof? My parents and I noticed that there seemed to be no floor staff available to ask for assistance so my father went downstairs MULTIPLE times to get some help but there was no-one available and the few staff members that WERE around were busy at the tills but working so slowly that a huge queue had built up.

We were left waiting nearly 40 minutes before we spoke to a sale assistant about checking the stock availability of what we wanted to purchase and the staff member who did speak to us was utterly clueless and lackadaisy about things. His attitude stunk of "I really don't want to deal with these people" and he seemed like he was in a hurry to go on break or finish his shift rather than take time to help us.

Eventually, we got on the queue to get rung up.
Got to the front, the staff member behind the till then said that virtually everything we picked out was out of stock and wouldn't be available or restocked for at least another month.

Disgusted, we ended up walking out.

The next day, we decided to try our luck in the Northwood Santry location and it was just as bad- virtually no floor staff available, overworked women on the tills, slow-moving queues and once again, nothing in stock for at least another month.

I am disgusted and appalled at the chaotic way this company operates. Across two different stores, it seems like they simply don't care about providing adequate customer service, much less earn sales.

They could've easily gotten over a thousand euro in sales off us if they actually had any sense or stock but I know now that I will never again darken the doors of a JYSK store.

If I could give a -5 star review, I could.

i ordred online. 1 off the max delivery period i queried the online chat, no response An email was to be sent when the order left Denmark. It was never sent so I phoned 1 day after max delivery period & was told out of stock they would need to cancel the order but would send me a discouint voucher by way of apology An email arrived regretting that" I" had cancelled the order & no voucher My first and last experices of Jysk

The sale prices are misleading. I had been watching some dining chairs for a few weeks, and the advertised 50–60% off was nowhere near the real saving. From what I saw, it was closer to about 20% off.

The ordering process was also awkward. Some items were online delivery only, and others were not available for click and collect, so I had to split the order into two parts.

Overall, not a great experience.

One of the worst customer services I ever encountered to deal with! From my order there were 8 items wrong out of the 10. I've been trying to get in touch with them for 5 weeks now and the only response I got so far is that they're too bussy with all queries they get. The items I got are useless to me and can't even claim refund as they just ignore all queries.

Jewellery cabinet MALLING w/mirror white

The package included a wooden mounting bar for hanging the cabinet. I securely screwed the bar into the wall and properly mounted the cabinet on it (it audibly clicked into place). However, after opening and closing the door a few times, the cabinet began sliding to one side, so I had to shift it back. After centering it again, I took my wallet out, closed the door, and walked into the living room. Within three seconds, I heard a loud crash. I rushed back to the hallway and found the cabinet on the floor, badly damaged. It is a miracle that my two-year-old daughter was not nearby at that moment. To fix it, I had to purchase Gorilla mounting tape and tape it securely.
I absolutely do not recommend this product to anyone as it poses a serious safety
