K1 Tech Care is one of the best electronic shops I've been in. Very friendly and approachable staff. I went in there for a ps5 repair. The price was very reasonable and they repaired the ps5 within a couple of hours. I would definitely recommend to anyone with repair issues.

Very helpful service, discussed all possible options beforehand, and phoned me after initial inspection to finalise the repair and explain costs before proceeding. Very reasonable costs, and initial deposit is refunded if no repair is made or deducted from final costs. Very impressed, and would definitely use again.

Great service ALL ROUND!!!
I had gone online to check the nearest mobile phone repair shop near me after downloading a blood pressure app - that took seconds to download but caused me a big headache by jumbling up all my other apps and unusually wasn't able to remove the app!!
The man was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble!! Excellent customer service!! I will definitely be going here again if I need to and will also be recommending this shop to anyone I know needs some help or repair for their mobile phone. Thank you so much for sorting my phone out!!! 😃

Took it in on Wednesday with a completely smashed up back screen.
They repaired it and I collected it the next day at a good price.

I cannot recommend this company enough, I was very pleased that my PS5 was able to be repaired at such a reasonable price and in such short time. It’s clear to see that K1 cares about its customers by offering a friendly, honest and reliable service built on trust. Instalment plans are available if you are struggling or currently out of work. If anyone is worrying about the service being costly, K1 will always communicate first and tell you what the problem is before the work is carried out.
