I had an issue with my order and emailed the support team. It was past 5pm on a Friday and I immediately got a call from them to sort things out. Long story short, replacement item was received the following Tuesday. Polite, friendly communication throughout. Couldn’t have asked for a better service. Amazing company that care about their customers, I had a delay in my shipping which was no fault of K9 Corner, Royal mail had lost the package. Ryan called me personally and updated me on the situation, explained what had happened and my options and offered a 10% discount off the original price. Katie then kept my updated via email and the package has now been delivered. This is incredible service and you can see that they care about their customers. My order was spent out within a couple of hours of my ordering then delayed due to a DHL labelling error.
My phone call was answered by Ryan.. a super helpful human! Who had a lot of empathy and offered to send the item out again whilst DHL got their act together, not a trivial item either, an expensive ECollar.
