Quick dispatch and very good communication

There was a problem with my order, - the delivery was delayed by the carrier. The K9 corner team handled this above my expectations; arranging a new order and a quick delivery with a refund of my delivery cost. This was offered without request and was much appreciated.
Customer service was better than most online companies I’ve dealt with thank you.

Fast efficient delivery , just what we needed

Ordered a mini educator E collar, package arrived and after a back and forth on chat ( late at night) I ended up sending the product back due to what was thought to be a faulty collar. The product was tested, I then recieved a phone call 1hr later to confirm that in fact it was actually the remote that was faulty. I had paid special delivery which instead of a return of funds, I opted for longer titanium contact points as spares for the collar. All in all a fantastic service from start to finish! Would highly recommend K9 corner 👌

When my order didn't turn up on time I called Ryan to find out why. It turned out that Royal Mail had lost it!
K9 Corner immediately sent out another unit which arrived the very next day.

From initial contact via their online chat, to placing my order, and even emailing after my order with some questions. their customer service has been absolute great.
