Kafka Mercantile & Supply Co. Reviews

Ordered a designer jacket for my son's birthday at a fantastic price in the sale. Order arrived quickly via DHL with regular updates. Securely packaged and also included the SI hanger which was a nice touch and not my experience from other retailers.
Was so happy, I immediately ordered another one for myself!
Same experience. Prompt delivery and even a hand-written note thanking me for my custom.
Great experience and a class act. Will definitely be checking their website regularly to see what's available.
Thank you!!

Excellent range of products and always very good service. When I have needed to return an item, the refund is processed immediately (in the last case, even on a Sunday).

Google maps said store was open at 9:30. Called back at 10:00 still closed so tried the door. I only wanted a belt but the man who answered said rudely that they were only doing collection only. I explained that I had traveled a long way just for the shop and he was very rude and basically shut the door in my face.
The poorest customer service I have had in a long time. It would not have hurt to be more understanding and got and sold me the belt. Very rude. Won’t be going anywhere near again. Pretentious and RUDE

Bought a pair of corduroy Kapital slacks from these guys brand new for an incredible price. Arrived unbelieveably fast. Cannot recommend enough!

Ordered a pair of Red Wing boots. Great price with a little extra discount, so very nice. The boots were delivered in the time period and the packaging was excellent. The box was efficiently sealed, so they clearly took time to do this. A thank you note in the box so a nice touch. Would definitely recommend

Another fantastic well priced item delivered next day. Great Service THANKS

Excellent company to deal with.

I have bought several items from this company and have received nothing but excellent service.

Always well packaged and delivered promptly.

The returns service is also commendable with refunds being very prompt.

Good communication and the best packaging I have seen in a long time. Discrete robust box with heavy duty tape. Like opening a present. My first order with them and very happy.

Great company to deal with, good selection of top brands. The delivery was fast and overshirt packed very well. First time customer and will return.

KM always stocks something different, and the guys are so helpful with their advice over the phone, and via email. I must find the time to visit the store. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My son purchased a new barbour jacket today.absolutely delighted with it,couldn't have been easier etc.made to feel very welcome by staff and took the time to make sure the jacket was the right size/fit,real old school customer service which is sadly lacking in many places nowadays.1st time buying and certainly won't be his last.highly recommend kafka 10/10

Definitely the Best store around… superb service and quality goods…thanks guys, John, Blackpool

First time here shopping at Kafka. Reason being, their price is better than any out there.
Their Customer service is top notch! Thanks to Russell and David.
Communication is faultless.
Best experience ever!

My favourite Clothing company in the UK for bespoke designer clothing, service is 2nd to none. Ive been using them for 10+ Years and never had any issues. The test of any company is their after sales and again always a pleasure to deal with

Ordered semi regularly over the years, always a top service. All things being equal, if Kafka has in stock, that is where I will order from. The patron rate is such a good idea to keep people coming back too. Cheers!

My favorite online store. Have been a customer since 11 years. Always swift shipping and instant replies from David or Russell. Great selection of hard/impossible to find brands in Belgium.

Pleasant experience, informative contact, fast delivery. Lovely items Thanks

Honestly the best store you’ll ever deal with been shopping here for years for get hip/size?/end/good hood the service from all these is pathetic with Kafka it’s next dat delivery always no issues a proper independent store with a great range of clothes

First time ordering online with Kafka (I have purchased instore before) arrived next day after purchase. Bulletproof packaging.
After placing my order I realized I had added the wrong delivery address, I contacted David and he sorted it it out in a friendly and professional manner.
Fantastic service. Will be using again.
Thank you guys.

Quality garments and outstanding customer service. Always happy to provide honest advice and respond to any questions. Always happy to resolve any issues.
