last year parcelforce lost my analyser
last year parcelforce lost my analyser, and sent me a photo of a door step not mine. this year dpd failed to deliver although i was at home all day. then delivered to 62a not 62 i had to walk my village high street until i found it. how difficult is it to deliver to a post office not a house.
i'm glad i will retire in a few years, kane next day is a lye

The turnaround time is not as posted. We sent the analyser on Monday and it still hasn't been returned a week later. Not good for business.

Quick service, only downside it cost almost £300 for annual service check.

I've just received my 458s back from calibration
There is still an error with my address
The package was sent to BS1
I lived in this postcode about 20 years ago so some how you still have this mixed address on your files, as do DPD who could not deliver cus the address does not exist.
I opted to have the package re-delivered to a local DPD locker so I could go & pick it up.
This is obviously not great & a load of hassle I could do with out.
The same thing happened last year. I purposely went through my account settings to correct the error but its still not sorted.
The address saved on my account is correct. That being . BS15
THE POST CODE IS NOT ####### BS16######
Can you please correct your records accordingly so this doesn't happen again.
Can you please confirm when the changes have been made
I had a very swift response from customer service with apologies & an assurance my records have been updated.
Overall a reoccurrence of the same issue that happened last year. Undoubtedly an unusual occurrence but frustrating just the same.
