fast and easy service . great work

Flue gas analyser (working faultlessly) sent back to Kane for annual recalibration, returned to me in a non-functional condition, albeit apparently recalibrated and recertified! It's a shame they don't think it a good idea to ensure that the unit is working before sending it back. This is not the first time this has happened to one of my analysers in recent years. At least the first time it occurred they sent me a loan unit so I was able to carry on working. This time no offer of a loan unit, no explanation of the shoddy service and no honouring of the 'Kane Care' guarantee as per the website I quote... KANE CARE LIFETIME WARRANTY is our promise to never let you down or your money back
No customer-care interaction, no attempt to reach out to the customer. Shocking.

VERY DISSAPOINTED BY KANES SERVICE,

I sent my analyser off for calibration to Kane mid afternoon Thursday and only received it back 5 days later. I used kanes delivery system and it arrived to them after 11am, they then highlighted that if the unit isn’t received before 10am that they do not then honour the service at all and then it seems the 6 day turnaround is an acceptable service. The unit was sent with there choice of delivery which you would assume would guarantee delivery to them before 10am, however this is clearly not the case.
They have made no interest in refunding me for the poor service and not delivering on what they promise online. They market as ‘ no quibble’ but there’s been a lot of quibbling.
I phoned on the Saturday and was told I would receive it on Monday, I didn’t. I was sent royal main tracking on Saturday that didn’t work as they hadn’t posted it on the Saturday. They then sent me another tracking with Parcelforce which also didn’t work. They said they have sent it back for delivery using parcelforce before 10am however they say online that it’s before 9am delivery they offer.

Shocking service and will be posting my reviews on multiple platforms to help warn other companies who use Kane products so they can prepare more accordingly and not rely on Kane delivering what they promise online.

Fantastic service from Kane… always very quick turn around. no quibble warranty returns when my instrument became faulty. Cannot fault the service.

All went smoothly the hole procedure easy once you worked out the booking has to be done online. No interaction with human.

We contacted Kane as we realised the gas analyser calibration was expiring that day! Silly I know, but when you’re busy… you’re busy!!! They explained what we needed to do to get it over to them asap. We sent it to them on the Friday afternoon, they confirmed they’d received it via a courtesy text on the Saturday which was great as the equipment is very expensive and you can’t help but worry a little bit! They had it calibrated and back in my hand by Tuesday morning! Excellent service, will definitely be keeping a closer eye on the date from now on and get it over to them in good time. For the 3rd time I had to send my kane analyzer in these last 2 years and I had problems with send it back, they always blame Royal Mail for it, didn't receive a label to print or a QR code to scan, this last time I had to pay for the Postage (around £18) as I needed my analyzer back asap.
Service and speed of getting it back was good but this has to be fixed. I sent my parcel with Royal Mail and they told me that this is not necessarily a problem from their side. I really couldn't care less, I just need this to be straight forward !

Good service dropped anyliser off was sent back the following day, some items had been replaced

Posted my Analyser for re-calibration Tuesday at 10 am , delivered back to me Thursday 9.30 am , cant ask for better service than this . Consistently excellant service over the years , for repair and re-calibration .
