Excellent service
I purchased my straighteners 2 and a half years ago. They recently stopped working and so I rang Cloud 9 as I bought them direct from them. They explained I had a 3 year warranty and to post the straighteners to them (they paid the postage) for a free repair or replacement if they couldn’t repair. A few weeks later I received a brand new pair - I am delighted. Really good service & definitely worth buying direct from them.

Poor customer service
Hairdryer was faulty and started smoking on first use and blew electrics. Had to wait 3 weeks after they received return for a refund.
No apology or explanation of fault and took multiple calls and emails to get money back
Not impressed with customer service
They have responded to the review to say Customer Services have been in touch, for clarity this was written after the poor customer services response and the issue has never been properly resolved

Kulanter und hervorragender Kundenservice
Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden mit dem Kundenservice! Obwohl die Garantie meines Glätteisens bereits abgelaufen war, habe ich den Support kontaktiert, da es nicht mehr funktioniert hat.
Zu meiner großen Überraschung wurde mir aus Kulanz ein neues Gerät zugeschickt damit habe ich wirklich nicht gerechnet!
So einen freundlichen und entgegenkommenden Service erlebt man nicht oft. Vielen Dank dafür absolut empfehlenswert!
