This company is excellent. From the managers Steve and Lucy Langley through to the reception staff Frances and Jack and the pickup drivers Max and Ian. The engineers also do a fine job of servicing and repairs in my (14 year) experience as a customer. Although they no longer sell new Nissans, the servicing expertise for mine has stayed exemplary. Friendly, helpful and (in my case during serious illness a few years ago) supportive and compassionate. As a retired police supervisor and currently a Methodist church minister, I can fairly quickly assess personalities and attitudes and I think that these people are excellent. Highly recommend this company 👍 Kevin

I’ve recently had my classic Fiat 124 Spider restoration undertaken by the amazing team at KAP. From the very beginning the whole experience was excellent, Anita, Keith, Alan, Chris and Ollie are just a few of the people I know were involved in the process. My little classic car is like a member of our family and she was treated like one whilst in the care of KAP. I was given a price estimate and a time to complete the work, both of which were delivered as expected. Most importantly, the final finish is absolutely superb. How they matched the colour on a 50yr old car is beyond me! I was hoping to add a photo but the app won’t let me.

I have experienced excellent service which started with Frances quoting me for the work , which included her arranging to inspect the vehicle on a Saturday morning for accuracy and being extremely efficient- thank you .
My car was collected and delivered back to me , same day and I was kept informed when work was completed.

Great service, jumped through hoops to get my turbo replaced, faultless.

Coming down into Hythe from the M20 last night around 9.45pm and my exhaust back box dropped and was dragging so I stopped. I’m mid 60s with a Dickie left knee and hip tried to release the back box a young man stopped offered to help and took it off, he told me he didn’t want me being ripped off and it was the back box I asked his name and was told Morgan I asked him about cars as I know nothing he told me he worked for KAP Folkestone Sorncliffe Moyor Park Ross Way. I asked could they fix it tomorrow . I was told he couldn’t promise they could as half day Saturday but to pop in if they couldn’t He would have other possibilities.I got there around 8.30am they already knew about me, the part was ordered to be delivered for fitting . I walked into Sandgate for a coffee and collected just after 12 noon all done and dusted. I thanked Morgan would actually thanked me for showing up as he ordered the part as soon as he got into work . The service from the garage was polite professional and couldn’t be faulted but special thanks to Morgan who shows not all youngsters don’t care 99/100 people wouldn’t have stopped he did and is a credit to his parents and family . When Loads post how feral and how bad youngsters can be this is a positive post 100% and can’t thank Morgan and KAP enough.

I am delighted to say KAP alloy wheel refinishing service has exceeded my high expectations with great customer care and top quality wheel finishing.
The alloys on my 2015 Porsche Macan now look better than new in sparkling Platinum silver.
The technician even ceramic coated them for me at no extra charge and correctly aligned the centre caps.
I can unreservedly recommend KAP for all your Alloy wheel refinishing needs.

Great service from KAP, starting with Anita who organised when my wheel could be sorted through to George who was so helpful when I had a query.

My wheel was refurbished to a very high standard and matched the other wheels beautifully. The work was also completed ahead of schedule and at a very reasonable price.

I will definitely use KAP should I need this service again!

We brought a car Peugeot 5008 last week,Feb 25 and we were more than satisfied with KAP.

Toby Russon sales executive was the first person we spoke to and was very polite and was not pushy at all. We went to KAP with certain things in mind.
Toby Liston to us and showed us the P 5008.
Was just what we were looking for and the standard of the interior and exterior was perfect for the age of the car.
We didn’t look at any other cars and purchased this P5008.
Toby Russon explained all the the steps to complete the purchased and did it at a level that we understood..

After a test drive and sorting the purchase we met Reece G, Sales manger, who was also very polite and helpful.we brought a car from him in 2014 KAP with no issues or concerns

When picking up the car it was spotless and we was again shown all around the car and taken though the details of the car.
We had a great experience in 2014 and this has continued in 2025.with Toby Russon.
