Ordered things from this company before but didn't realize it had such bad customer service so I won't be ordering again from them as sure it is the law to be able to return any faulty or poor quality goods and to see that they're going back and forth in the way they are instead of helping out is very unfortunate

This was my first time ordering with Kapow Toys and I am very pleased. Pre-ordered the item and received as advertised. Had an issue with some damage to one of the parts (from factory) but they were able to replace immediately for me. Will definitely be ordering from them again

The item is a posable figure with an interchangeable outfit. The whole purpose of the figure is to pose and position her and to change outfits. If it breaks in the very first instance then obviously there is a fault. The selling description by Neca states ‘she comes with interchangeable expressions, interchangeable sweater, jacket, scarf, handbag, flashlight, typewriter and book. I explained to you in the email that the arm broke in the very first attempt to change her clothes. The time frame of when I reported this issue does not make it any less of an issue. I actually reported it as soon as it happened which is what I emailed to you and you have acknowledged that and quoted it back to me in your response. The arm is broken and you refuse to acknowledge the fault. That is the issue.

I had an issue with my pre-order (not Kapow's fault) but Matt and the team went above and beyond to sort it out for me and were brilliant! No hesitation whatsoever in recommending them for collectors - fabulous customer service!

This online store is the best I've bought from. I ordered The legend of Zelda prop replica Master Sword (which has been hard to get). The price was the lowest anywhere in the uk, but to top it off I ordered and the next day it was delivered!! Best online experience I ever had. I highly recommend buying from them.

I placed an order for a vegeta cake in brilliant condition although the delivery box was ripped in the one side so maybe they could look into that it came pretty fast getting them in boxes means a lot as I collect them in boxes so a would be buy again

Kapow is consistently good on price and service. Many more spot on deliveries since my last review. Cannot recommend them enough for all types of action figures

Kapow were really understanding and helpful with my purchase. I pre-ordered months ago and paid a deposit only fee at the time. Then the figure came into stock and needed the sizeable balance settling before dispatch. Unfortunately I didn’t have that kind of money at the time, but Kapow were kind enough to allow me to wait until payday to settle up the balance. Delivery was very speedy after payment, figure arrived safe and sound and now has pride of place in the cabinet.

Recently ordered a lunar cruiser prime, it broke out of the box. Got into contact with kapow, sent back my copy and they sent a new one out in 3 days. Exceptional service. Definitely recommend !!

I’ll try and keep this as concise as possible. Trust me, this review was longer, but if you are wondering about buying from Kapow, read this.

Kapow may well be one of the best collectible sites in the UK. If not even further afield.
I only found them recently. I was looking to pick up some TMNT Last Ronin figures and pre-order the upcoming ones.

Why did I choose Kapow?

First, their SEO seems to be on point, as a searched for the figures in question, Google brought them up in my top ten suggestions when trying to buy the figure. This immediately tells me that someone knows what they are doing with their business and knowledgeable enough to maximise discoverability.

Next. An easy one. They had one of the best prices for the figure I wanted.

The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find what I came for in seconds.

The shipping costs are VERY reasonable, especially given that Kapow use, in my opinion, the most reliable courier in the UK, DPD. This comes in the form of 1–2-day delivery, although both my orders so far have been delivery next day.

Given the above few points, I was able to make my purchase, add on, what ended up being next delivery (Not promised by Kapow) and it was still cheaper than the next 20 alternatives.

But cheaper doesn’t mean a lesser standard of customer service.

OH NO.

My items were processed and dispatched quickly, an emails I sent were replied to in a timely manner and even when I made a quickly phone call to see if I was too late for that days cut off, the call was answered quickly and I got a quick and simple answer without waiting in a queue or picking option 1, then 3, then 5 etc.

Packaging was top notch. A sturdy box, with bio-degradable air pockets to protect your purchases.
This company care just as much about their products as you do. THAT’S RARE.

Early in my career, I was once told “Perfection isn’t some impossible unreachable thing, it’s just lots of little things done right”.

The fact that on the INFO section of the shipping label, under INFO, I had one parcel that said “Thundercats Hooooo!” and another saying “By The Power of Grey Skull”. Its these little things that earn my trust. This company just gets it. They’re genuine.
This, and all the above is why I choose Kapow now and in the future. And why I think you should also support this company, now and for years to come.

Small Message to The KAPOW Team.
For you, it may just be selling toys and collectibles. To me, it means much more.

I have, for the past 14 month been recovering from a serious illness, which led me to multiple surgeries, months of pain, and even a bout of sepsis after the NHS missed a staph infection after one of my surgeries.

I’ve been fighting through pain, exhaustion, frustration, depression, and a long mix of emotions.

But the small things are what have gotten me through. Those things to get excited about, to look forward to.

Those bright spots in a cloudy day. Thank you for your great service so far and for the years to come.

What a thoughtful company: customer service quick and efficient and very considerate indeed. An issue with something that the manufacturer had not included in the box (no fault of Kapowtoys) was resolved, with a very meaningful birthday present saved as a result.
