Great technical advice
I spoke with Tamzin from Technical, she was super friendly and knowledgeable.
She helped me make an informed decision on what was becoming an over whelming situation.
Karndean distributors have been dressing up the way they lay flooring and it was beginning to put me off. Tamzin explained the products and processes and made it all clearer.
Thank you Tamzin and Karndean for hiring Tamzin.

Impressed
I only ordered samples but I have to say the service was excellent. Their communication was good, the delivery was very quick and packaged well. I’m impressed that the company make a charitable donation when samples are returned. The samples themselves showed the quality of the product and allowed us to make an informed choice regarding colour. Very happy with the company.

Making Samples Simple!
Having ordered samples from two major manufacturers, Karndean's arrived much quicker (and well-packaged) of the two.
We've now returned the samples with the free-post label provided (with the donation to Shelter a nice way to be thanked for this).
Today we placed our order for Van Gogh Urban Grey rigid core LVT, with Flooring Supplies, one of Karndean's approved online retailers. Good to see a well-chosen partner, with the same focus on providing a great service.

I am planning to lay Karndean…
I am planning to lay a Karndean floor in my open plan kitchen and living space as the workman who will be laying the floor reassures me that Karndean is the best LVT flooring. It is however proving extremely difficult to choose the right colour as I cannot find any retailers who have show stands or samples. This means that I need to look in the brochure or on the website to choose the flooring. I thought I had chosen it until I then sent off for a sample to realise the brochure and website are not true to the colour. This means I need to start again and order more samples. Karndean allow you to order 6 samples. 😬

Hi there,
Thank you for your review. It's great to hear your installer has recommended our floor for your home.
We know how important it is to find the perfect floor for your home. While we work hard to ensure our photography is as accurate as possible, colours can appear differently depending on screen settings and lighting conditions within your home. Therefore, we always recommend ordering samples before making your final decision.
If you'd like additional inspiration, our Room Visualiser tool can help you see how different floors may look in your home, and our Customer Care Team would be happy to offer guidance based on the style and colour tones you're considering. Please feel free to get in touch with us at info@karndean.co.uk.
