Hi Chris,
We are sorry to hear about your experience when visiting our showroom.
We are currently undergoing renovations within our showroom here at Karndean to introduce new products and displays. During this period, we have a temporary pop-up showroom available for visitors. We are sorry this was not made clear and to hear that the interaction you had at our reception was disappointing. This is not the level of service we aim to provide.
We take your comments seriously and will share your feedback with our showroom team. If you would like to discuss this further, please reach out to us at talktous@karndean.co.uk.
Many thanks,

‘Floor for the future’
The design consultant Kaiya was very pleasant & helpful, with colours and sizes. She matched the coloured tiles together to give me a good idea of the look for my new renovation floor. Shortly I will receive some samples in the post and I was given a price per sq metre for two of the designs I liked. It was a good conversation we had and enjoyable.

Quick to send out samples but unfortunately they sent a sample of a discontinued range. This was the flooring I wanted so I had to spend ages trying to locate some. Very frustrating.

An impressive British company
We were very impressed with our visit to the Karndean pop-up showroom at Evesham. We had made an appointment, and now we know why we had to book an appointment. We had the undivided attention of their representative who took us through the range of flooring available, as well as styles, surfaces and actual ways of laying the flooring. He answered all our queries. We went to the showroom with no clear idea of what type of bathroom flooring we wanted. We left with a plan and some samples -- We are very satisfied customers.

Worse flooring I have ever had
Worse flooring I have ever had, it gets grime in the tiny texture grooves and you can’t use a steam mop! It has also been damaged/torn by a stone from a shoe, definitely will not have Karndean ever again 😞

Hi Michelle,
We're sorry to hear that you're disappointed with your flooring.
To help keep your floor looking its best, we offer a cleaning and maintenance kit that has been specifically designed to protect and care for Karndean flooring. Floors with bevelled edges can require a little additional attention during cleaning and maintenance.
Surface marks or wear can occasionally occur if debris becomes trapped under footwear and is moved across the floor. If damage has occurred to individual planks or tiles, these can often be replaced using any spare material.
If you require further information on how to protect and maintain our floors or would like to discuss this further, please get in touch with us at talktous@karndean.co.uk.
Kind regards,
Karndean Designflooring
