Kateofkensington Reviews

Bought this lovely picture for my lovely wife and she loves it. Thank you.

fabulous marble mats last a lifetime. Excellent quality. Reasonable P and P.
Good informed delivery.

than pleased with my purchase - absolutely love it all - only issue was delivery - I tracked delivery - it was out for delivery Monday then Tuesday then Wednesday was eventually delivered on the Thursday - however didn’t think it would be delivered that quickly anyway - and my purchase more than made up for delivery saga. I will add to my collection - would recommend

Purchased another Reed diffuser and this one is lovely and strong again. Delightful to have and looks a lot better than the plastic ones we purchase from stores- lasts much longer too!
The cards are lovely- of course- and I’m in half a mind to keep them for myself! Everything by took some time to arrive, about two weeks, but arrived safe and well

Love the Field mice design. It’s so cute. I have bought a number of different sizes and designs of platters.
Everyone has raved about the quality of these gifts. Always a winner for friends and family.

Beautiful products delivered well packaged, on time with excellent communications

Excellent service. Beautiful product. Product arrived damaged, and with no fuss and in record time it was replaced. Very greatful as this was a gift.

I was very pleased with the coasters I received but unfortunately the small platter got broken in the post. I got in touch with Kate and explained what had happened and they sent me a new platter straight away. Their service was excellent.

Beautiful platters . Prompt delivery. Had lost my discount code, phoned office and discount was honoured.
Many Thanks

Excellent products, super delivery service

Received two lovely products in my first online order from Kate of Kensington, (other purchases were made at my local garden centre). Approximately 9 days from ordering to being received so not too long to wait and packaged well for transit...perfect! Another order due imminently of my first "seconds" large platter and I'm looking forward to receiving that too. With Christmas around the corner, I'm sure there will be more orders to come...Thank you again.

I can't tell you how helpful Gemma was. I wanted the personalised Elephant family print. I knew the order I wanted the names to be and via emails she sent me a proof which was spot on first time. She had even made the various levels of relationships within the family different sizes. Absolutely outstanding.

Stunning donkey and pig design, beautiful product. Very fast and secure delivery. Will order more of this lovely collection.

Beautiful quality - lovely addition to any kitchen

My order was on my doorstep before I had finished paying for it.
