I ordered some shoes. They didn't fit so I asked to return them for a refund. They refused. I sent them the returns policy which states I should be able to have a refund and they replied advising they'd had sent me the policy. Whatever email I send them they don't answer the question but reply with a random answer. I'm getting nowhere with my request. They give the impression they are a company owned by a husband and wife team based in London but it seems they aren't but are instead based in China.

Argh, why didn’t I read the reviews first?! Shoes are far too small - not true to size- and they won’t let me return. Apparently it’s in their t&cs somewhere. Reference to “London” in their name also misleading - turns out they’re china based 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Everything! Poor communication. Shoes come from China and to return costs as much as the shoes. Absolute waste of money !!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are COMPLETE SCAMMERS! The shoes look cheap and poor quality and the worst part is they WONT LET YOU RETURN THEM!!!! It is a China based company the shoes arrived in cheap plastic zip lock bags 4 weeks later and they will not allow you to return them for a refund!

I would not even give them one star. DO NOT BUY from this website. I have tried to return shoes that do not fit and they will not let me return them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING.

An absolute scam - do not buy from them. They are not who they say they are as reported by other reviewers.
Items arrived that were poor quality and fit - definitely not reflective of the prices.
I had to return at my own cost back to China (£60!) following their instruction, to then be told that they dont offer returns or refunds for poor quality or items not fitting, as details have been provided on their website.
Shocking 😲 and terrible customer services

Do not order anything from Katepeterlondon - the shoes I ordered took more than 3 weeks to arrive and were just stuffed into a plastic bag with no accompanying paperwork or returns information. The shoes were of poor quality and did not fit me so I emailed the company to ask to return them and was told to send them to an address in China at my own expense and insure the delivery at my own expense which I will not do because once before I sent something back to China at great cost and didn't get a refund or any further communication. I have conatcted Trading Standards about this dreadful company who give the illusion that they are based in the UK.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole. You are not being sold quality British made shoes from a spam website and I’m kicking my own backside for not noticing it.
I only gave one star purely because of good communication from the company giving updates as to when the cheap, synthetic and chemically infused smelling rubbish would arrive from China. Caveat emptor.

Scam company. Awful quality goods, not as advertised. They offered a 10% refund when contacted, or we can return goods at our own expense to China for a full refund (fully expecting them to say they didn't receive our return). Please don't buy from this company. They're masquerading as a company based in London, but they're a dropship company from China and neither Kate nor Peter exist.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING...they are nit based in London. I received my shoes in bubble wrap, cost me £50 they are cheap crap. I wanted to return them and was given an address in China. Im a fool for not checking reviews before hand arggghhh

Didn't receive my parcel and wouldn't give full refund. Dreadful customer service. They are a complete lie. Not based in London at all. China. Such liars. Avoid this scam of a company

Shoes arrived in bubble wrap and no box, cheaply made and paid £45 not what I expected at all. Company is a total scam - now asking me to return to China at cost to me - wish I had reviewed this website before purchasing - massively disappointed

Scam. £50 to return an item that cost £45 DO NOT USE

I impulse bought and regret it now. I have been scammed it’s 3 weeks and nothing. I have tried to contact company and had no reply. Wish I had read the reviews first.

Just been scammed by this company . Clearly not from London- from China. The shoes do not remotely resemble the shoes advertised. I payed over £40 for a pair of shoes I wouldn’t have paid a fiver for . Extremely poor quality and not wearable . The return button does not work and emails are not answered

I so wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Absolute shite! Took ages to be delivered as they ship from China. Stink of cheap plastic. Don't fit. Don't look like the item advertised. Been back and forth in relation. Need to check out the costs to post back. Looking like a rip off and waste of money

Avoid at all cost! Scam website. They don't even have a proper return policy. People can't return the items in the UK. The least you can pay for shipping back the item in China is £35+. Item was 3 weeks late and very very poor quality.
