When I received my order one of the boxes was damaged. I contacted Joe on Friday morning (11th) within 10 minutes he replied and said another box would be dispatched. Within minutes DPD messaged and said they will deliver my dispatch on Saturday 12/09/2026. Everything alright with this box. I understand that sometimes things do get through slightly damaged but could not fault the service I got.

I felt my whole experience with Kensington Mint was a process of hard selling. I got a call on Friday, the morning I returned from holiday. I informed them that I needed time to think about it but they just kept reducing the payment terms, wheeling me in. After 25 mins I succumbed with the hope that I could get a return label if I changed my mind.

Called Monday requesting the return label only to be told that they don't offer that service - not what I was told on Friday . The advisor then kept me on the phone for a further 32 minutes hard selling the benefits of keeping the coins, that I confirmed that I no longer wanted. A very exhausting experience! Please can I ask that you remove my name from your database.

I am happy to update my review following a discussion with Scarlet from Kensington Mint. Scarlet took the time to contact me and discuss the issues I had originally raised. I am very pleased with the resolution we agreed upon.

Very helpful after untrained staff didn't quite get it right, got a great 2025 proof and sealed silver sovereign as an apology.

The measure of a good company is when you have a problem. In my case it was an elderly relative who ordered rather too many coins, and not sure where they were from. We tracked that some were from Kensington Mint and I asked them for help. And they did - far beyond expectations. They were helpful to track down those supplied by Kensington and even allowed them to be returned. Way beyond my expectations. Every time I called there was a real person, no bots, no scripts. They were polite, helpful, and could not do more to help - absolutely exemplary. If at any time in the future I would start a collection, I would start here. Great company, earned my trust and as such, I highly recommend.

The only reason I have given 3 stars is because of the 'Hard Sell'. I recieved my coins within 3 days of ordering. Great delivery, free delivery and well packaged. Coins exactly as described. Here's the but... VERY expensive, way over the market price for the product. I could've taken my chances with eBay and saved £100. Absolutely shop around and don't be railroaded by the hard sell technique, as I was.

In my dealings with Kensington Mint I have found them to be honest and very helpful.

Super Customer Care. Had an issue with a set of coins that I didn't know had been taken delivery of. After several avenues going down eventually found them after months of not knowing they were delivered. Customer Care(Scarlett) extremely understood the situation and resolved with no problems. Have the set of coins now safely put away and delighted with the outcome! Thank you Kensington Mint and Scarlett!

The friendliness and professional attitude of this team is beyond measure. I now have some beautiful collections from this team and will purchase more. Thanks to Alex and Dan, and the young lady I spoke to when Dan was away.

Happy at the speed of delivery, impressed by the coins and information I received. What i was told by the advisor was correct.

Are they authorised to just use your card details, and take the money whenever they see fit, even though you have already paid in full????

Today my account manager called me to offer a special price on a special coin which I bought. Quick search on Google and the very same coin is available from other companies at a fraction of the price. I feel completely conned and won't buy off Kensington Mint again.

This company are fair, caring, kind, and understanding. They listen to their customers and give plenty of advice.
They deal with people on a personal basis which helps the customer feel more relaxed.

Was supposed to get delivery today dpd said between 1 and 2 pm delivery been cancelled could not find address. Rang Kensington mint dialed diffrent option I get same guy. I have cancelled as I cannot afford to keep taking days off to wait for a non runner Kensington are aware of dismal service from dpd as I am bein told so they should consider another courier

Disappointed with Lack of Respect for Preferences

I was contacted after responding to an advert on Instagram and specifically requested that details be emailed to me rather than receiving a phone call. Despite this, I never received any email—and was instead called back within two hours.

Disappointing that such a simple request wasn’t respected. If this is how communication begins, I’m not confident in the level of service that would follow.

The account Managers, listen to what Coinage one collects and for what reason one collects for.
So any limited collections or single Coinage, my Account Manager will contact me. We have a dialogue of if the issue of the Coinage is what I'm after or not. The Manager also has a log of what is in the collection. If anything unusual pops onto the big world market, they will source at a great price and hopefully find a Collector, worthy of the find.

alex has been the best help and full of knowledge and understands me personally
