Customer service is excellent
I'm a regular customer and placed an order for three kits a few weeks ago. Someone from Kent Models e-mailed me to say that one of my choices of kit was out of stock. This was unfortunate, but they offered me a choice of a substitute model for the same price as the one I had ordered (which was on special offer). I was happy to do this. Once again, they have gone above and beyond with customer service, as they could have just refunded me. Thanks again for top service.
