After having problems with my first order but eventually got a refund I decided to order directly with the company. Ordered Saturday delivered Sunday . Chairs were perfect . Looking to order some more in a couple of months time. My faith has been restored

Friendly and professional throughout. We had a challenge with the initial order (courier didn't deliver) and they immediately dispatched a replacement - no questions asked.

First class service. Ordered 2 gravity garden chairs at 7pm which arrived the following afternoon. A great product which arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Great quality product and a first class service. Would definitely recommend to others.

I was keen to purchase some Keplin beach towels that were sold out on their website but Sam managed to track some down for me. She went out of her way to ensure I obtained them, was so very helpful and kept me informed. I have now received the beach towels and I absolutely love them. I couldn’t fault their customer service, it was amazing. Thank you Sam.

I ordered furniture from Keplin last weekend where it stated next day delivery. My order was received, confirmed, payment taken with a tracking number to date, almost one week later, the status says the same and order not shipped yet. I've emailed 4 times, called twice, just rings out, messaged via their Facebook and X social media and chat room on their website - not a reply from anyone! This is not acceptable and I am not happy at all. I ordered furniture, checked Trust Pilot reviews and all seemed positive, this was ordered for a garden party and not here yet! Update since writing this earlier. I have tonight after contacting a senior manager via a site had immediately contact from the company and a sincere apology. Fingers crossed it will arrive in time now. My sofa arrived 9 days after ordering and getting in touch, seemingly my order was missed as someone was off sick and they dont deliver to Scotland normally. Sofa built and in place in the garden. Looks good. Happy customer as all resolved. Apologised and kept their word and the customer service was excellent in the end, definitely would order again.

The customer service is amazing - got some issues with my electric hot water bottle bought from Amazon couple of months ago, easy to reach and good explanation to how to release the air.

I bought an item from Amazon last year and had a problem with it rang the supplier and talked to an adviser and was sorted out same day replaced the item

I tried to order off amazon . i waited todays for yous to sent out a letter when i thought my order was being delivered. it said to contact your email i’ve been waiting 6 days on a reply . i tried ringing yesterday about when my order will arrive and you told me you’d ring back today and still no reply . complete scammers if you ask me don’t order here

Ordered a suitcase but it was too small (my fault!) so I asked to return it and there was no issues. Evri, however, damaged the suitcase completely but this company still offered me a refund and were very polite about it. Would recommend them and their product - I would have 100% kept it, if it weren’t for my wishful light packing abilities!
