Another great order.

Ordered the stuffed cookies. I like them. The kids don’t as they aren’t as nice as ‘real’ cookies however I don’t remember what ‘real’ cookies taste like and these absolutely hit the spot for me. Heavy on calories but great on net carbs.

One pack of cookies was missed off the order accidentally- quick response and was offered refund or the cookies in my next order. I’ve just ordered creme eggs to come for Easter so will get the missed cookies with order. No bother or hassle and quick efficient responses. Honestly don’t understand the negative reviews. Will review after my third order arrives again to ensure there is consistency on the quality of items delivered.

I was bit worried when placed order reading reviews but I am very pleasantly surprised my orders turned up within 7 days and all looks great they might of had a blip last year but I can only go on what I have recieved and all looks amazing and came well packaged...

I was apprehensive about ordering because this company has a lot of bad reviews. However, everything went fine and the order was delivered on time, and I've even placed another order. The products are great and are not just your bog-standard brownies that you can get in other shops. I don't know what has changed or what caused people to write such negative reviews, but my experience has been nothing but pleasant so far.

Purchased from this company last year (under their old name) and didn’t receive my goods after months. I requested a refund and was told no as all orders were bespoke so not eligible for refund; this is a complete misinterpretation of the law. I understand times are tough so offered to pay for any ingredients that had been purchased for me but just wanted the rest of my money back. I had lost my job and needed anything I could get, and with no goods being sent I was legally entitled to. I was promised a refund, then told actually no. I was in tears. They didn’t care. They finally agreed to refund after I threatened to take further action, so they clearly know they are in the wrong. Some of the positive reviews here look a little suspicious...and they’ve restricted comments on their insta, not something honest companies with happy customers do.

**AVOID THIS COMPANY** I placed an order in June 2020, which was never going to arrive and after many back and forth and them promising to refund me for the order they were never going to dispatch the refund has still not been applied. We are now in March 2021 and I have had to contact my bank to for a charge back. Avoid for your own piece of mind. Lowcarbandketobakery and Keto Bakeshack are the same company.

Having read the reviews on here I was worried about my order, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised! My items were dispatched before the advertised 7 days, meaning I got them a week after I ordered. I haven't tried everything yet, but so far everything I've tried is delicious!
I understand this company have previously traded under a different name, but they seem to have rectified their issues.
I would have no problem using them again and would recommend them to anyone.

The service is awful, products are hit and miss in regards to taste takes a lot of trial and error & the nutritional values are highly inaccurate.
Waste of money & completely unfair you can get a bad reputation and just start a new business under a different name that company still owes me £86 after a large order only half the products arrived and the some were mouldy on arrival.

I feel so horrible to write a bad review, but I hope it might help the next person to keep their expectations low... Once I placed the order, I could not wait for my items to come - 2 different flavour bagels (Yum!) and cinnamon rolls.... Delivery came within the expected timeframe p once I grabbed the box from a delivery guy I could NOT wait to open it... And .... at first, I thought they had sent me the wrong products - I supposed to get bagels, but those looked like rolls... ah well! Perhaps flavour is good - nevermind the shape then... BUT again it tasted horrible... SOOO horrible! Like a super soft (must say "bagels" are soft!) tasteless cardboard... well not sure how even to describe the flavour! And after taste is awful... I bake myself 10 better - perhaps I should start a business, as if people like them can get customers then I definitely would have returning customers :D
But sadly I must warn anyone who likes TASTEFUL bread products - please don't waste your money at Keto Bakeshack!

I placed an order before reading All of these negative reviews so naturally I was a little worried about my order. After 4 days I have already received my goods which were packaged lovely with all label nutrition information and use by dates etc. The cakes and everything all look amazing. I have only tried the cherry coconuts squares so far and they are delicious. I also received an amazing discount code through customer service via email and the lady I spoke to was lovely. Would highly recommend giving them a shot and I will definitely be ordering again.

Previously known as the low carb bakery. After initially being excuted to receive low carb items i was left disappointed and out of pocket. Awful service and products and extremely rude customer service. After mths of emails they stopped replying and I never got my refund! Avoid at all costs. So many people have had problems with them just Google and you'll be able to read them all.

I used to order from them under their previous company name and had a relatively good experience, A few delays on orders but the food was good and never had fault. So I thought even though the majority of the reviews arnt great I would try them again. I got a despatched notification pretty quickly which I was surprised about. The tracking wouldn't update at all and it stated that on royal mail tracking it couldn’t be provided until they had attempted delivery. I knew I was not going to be on the day they estimated delivery so I was trying to put down to leave in our parcel box at the back of the house. I did leave a note on the door which was ignored. It wouldn’t let me do this option even though on the T&Cs for the website it states this option will be available should you not be in. Obviously I missed the delivery I had to book a redelivery for the next a lot which was a day later. I was in the whole day but I got a note through the door to say I had been missed again. At this point I was worried so reached out to the company to express my concern. Which they basically said they cannot take blame for and if the goods arrive in an unfit state it’s my fault. Today I got my order finally! And it’s all unusable! I have not received a product fit for for consumption and I basically should of just thrown £35 down the drain! No help from the team at Bakeshack which is really disheartening! Can honestly say I’d be very reluctant to buy again given the lack of assistance and understanding! These items

Ordering was easy and my order arrived pretty quickly. Products are disappointing though, not a lot of flavour in the bread and a funny taste from from the bread items. I couldn't place it but it tasted artificial or chemically and I don't think it was baked all the way through. Some of the chocolate items were okay but overall products definitely not as described on the website or Instagram account. I've ordered from other Keto bakeries and been really happy. I wouldn't order again from here.

I honestly believe most people give this company a bad review because they don’t want to share their delicious products with the rest of the world. I mean think about it, things that are exclusive are more valuable. I truly believe this is an amazing company with the best Keto treats in the world. Their products are too good for the price. The costumer service is amazing! I rarely write reviews ( this is probably only my 2nd review).

Absolute thieves, placed an order in July and still to this day haven’t received a refund or any items. Just back and forward pointless messages saying they will pass my message to ‘management’ 🙈 they also sent out a refund email notification (but no refund!)... I think this was sent to everyone they have scammed to make them think they have had their money back! Fraudsters! God knows how much cash they have pocketed off hardworking people in times when we are all struggling financially!

There should be an option for zero stars.

Literally steal your money.
After 2 and a half months of waiting I inquired about my order.
They said they would send it in 2 weeks time, conveniently after my card would prevent chargeback.
Then ignored future emails.
Ignore any 5 star reviews, they write these themselves.

One star is too high for what they deserve. Don't believe any of the positive reviews as they have a tendency to fabricate their own.
Scammed me out of £35 for mouldy, inedible mess. Their images are also not what you get but off the internet.
I bought from them when they were scamming under their last name. No doubt they will have another name soon.

You lots! We were and STILL in the middle of a pandemic. Everyone needs to stop with the negativity. I work in a food company and I must say that I have a first hand witness of how the pandemic impacted our business. Let's not argue, their keto foods are DELICIOUS!! and I would keep ordering no doubt.
The one time my minced pies that had arrived squished, this was replaced with the next order plus some free items. It was not a hassle at all.
I also received a refund when they had cancelled my order, although i wished they didn't refund because i was willing to wait for the items i ordered.
'Customers are always right', but most of you take the saying too damn far unfortunately. It's a business alright, but humans are the ones working behind it, not robots.
STOP LIVING IN A BUBBLE! THIS IS REAL LIFE, AND THE WHOLE WORLD IS BEING AFFECTED.
They have rebranded and are doing better now. Cut them some slack for Heaven's sake!
