I have been given my cat this brand of the raw food for almost a year. The quality used to be so good, the meat used to be 8mm chunks from the sausages. You can see what's going into them, cats loved them so much. I felt like this is the brand I will stay with forever.
Up until now, this company Keep changing the supplier maybe 3 times? The food is not like before anymore. The quality drops. All the meat mashed into red sausages you can not see what going into them, and my cats won't eat them anymore.
Cheaps out everything now. Hope you can change back to the older supplier.

They have been really good over the years. Good communication, good products, delivery always on time. Definitely recommend.

I have switched to Kiezebrink after several years of feeding other UK raw cat food brands. Kiezebrink is outstanding in quality, price and packaging! My food gets delivered by an overnight currier service and is still frozen rock solid. I’ve never had any issues of broken or half thawed sausages (the food is packaged that way) unlike other brands. My 5 Maine Coons love the rabbit meat and are thriving on it. Defensively 5+ stars for KB!

I have never ordered from here before and was hesitant. I ordered a bulk load of frozen reptile food and got the order within a couple of days.

ATTENTION! With the day-old chicks from Kiezebrink!!! My cats (2 Sphynx & 1 Maine Coon/ragdoll) have all been eating a combination of kibble (Yarrah) and raw meat since they were kittens. Bought 10kg last week. My Sphynxes smell it and don't eat it. My Maine Coon/ragdoll gets sick from it! In 2 weeks my Main Coon has halved in body weight. After eating the chick he had to vomit. Now given another chick based on weight and he had to vomit again immediately!!! BEWARE!

Since Kiezebrink changed their couriers from ANC to DHL I will no longer be ordering my cat's chicks from them. All of my last 3 deliveries were a cock-up, the last one had started defrosting so I now refuse to use any company that uses DHL's services.

Fantastic service with very informative staff who gave me tips of feeding my kittens day old chicks and they really loved it. The price is very reasonable compared to Purrform which my kittens didn’t like as recommended by the breeder. There are so many choices with Kiezebrink. l am fortunate to live near the store and can collect fresh chicks on a Friday am. Many thanks.

I can't recommend these pet treats enough! My pet goes crazy for them every time. Not only are they irresistibly tasty, but they are also made with natural ingredients and free from any artificial additives. It's a guilt-free indulgence for my furry companion.

Cannot order from this site. I don't know whether it's an issue with the site itself or what but after going through the process of selecting food, entering delivery details AND card details the order process redirects to an empty basket. Which seems suspicious and I'm probably going to have to contact my bank.

I have been using Kiezebrink now for a few years for dog food, retile food and bird of prey food. I've never had any issues with delivery; the food has always arrived frozen through, even during the hot hot summer of 2022. Quality is no different to any other supplier I have used, web site is easy to use. The only point of frustration i have is occasionally the delivery will be delayed, outside the normal 3 days, but I do not get any message to say why or when the delivery will come, so i don't know if i should go to the local pet shop to see me through or hang on.
This is a very unusual event, not regular enough t to make us want to change supplier and normally, delivery will be within 3 days of the order, but its an area of improvement that would give them 5 stars imo.
