I have bought from this company before and really loved their products. However, this time when I ordered the necklace did not match the picture shown on the website. I reached out to their customer care team via email. And I have received no reply. I'm extremely disappointed.
Edited on 14/09/2026- I have since recieved a reply and refund for the necklace. I'm still disappointed that I cannot get the necklace I ordered. The bracelet in the order was very good, no issues.

Ordered silver harp stud earrings on March 1st 2026. As of today still haven’t received. Sent multiple emails, no response. Buyer beware, DO NOT order online from here, scam.

I ordered the Intricate Celtic Trinity Pendant with Large Emerald Cubic Zirconia in Yellow Gold (€54 plus €12 shipping, Order #14694) back on April 1st. While the necklace took a bit of time to arrive and wasn't quite the right fit for my girlfriend, the customer service that followed was absolutely exceptional.

I ordered a bracelet from Kilkenny Silver on the 23rd February 2026 and still haven't received it almost 4 weeks later. I have emailed and messaged them a number of times to find out if they can investigate what has happened and have never had a reply. I won't be using them again.

Hi I received an order before Christmas and when I opened it for Christmas presents there was an pair of earrings missing. I sent an email that day no response and have sent 2 follow up emails and still no response. Very disappointed ☹️
