Arthritis in both thumb joints, as a photographer who uses a drawing pad, creates a good amount of stress on the joints. I am also a competitive shotgun and pistol shooter, which also creates stress on the joints. After using the Kineon system for a week, I have noticed quite a reduction in the pain I have been having. I just visited a hand specialist Dr. and their recommendation would be surgery or injections, which i might have considered. I declined any of those and will continue using the Kineon daily. Awesome product, and i have not yet tried it on my knee or shoulder which is next.
Their customer service has been top notch as well. +10.

The Kineon folks helped me with info on which adapter is recommended to charge the MOVE. I sent an email in and it was answered almost immediately. They were kind and efficient and they also sent me a link for some chargers that would work. Talk about giving me the whole answer and so quickly. Great customer relations! Now, I’m off to start using this amazing product. I have great expectations for how it will help me heal some chronic injuries! 🙌🏼🙌🏼

I am sure this works very well for many people. Unfortunately, it did not for me. However, the Kineon team was fantastic at the return process and kept me informed at all steps. Great work team.

The buckle on my adjustable strap recently broke, and I was unable to find it on the site. I contacted customer service, and they were extremely helpful in getting a replacement.

I contributed $699.00 USD on November 15, 2024, for the Kineon HEAL+ & CALM+ bundle (Order #2041) with a promised delivery date of April 2025. 21 months later, no product has been delivered.When I raised legitimate concerns regarding this extreme delay, the financial loss due to two years of inflation, and the lack of fulfillment, Kineon’s response was to offer discounts on other products instead of honoring their original commitment. Worse yet, when detailed timeline facts and receipts were posted on their campaign updates to warn other backers, Kineon actively deleted and censored those comments while leaving up generic corporate excuses.They claim "crowdfunding is not shopping" to avoid accountability for holding customer funds interest-free for nearly two years while failing on basic operational timelines. Prospective buyers should be extremely cautious: pre-ordering or backing products with this company carries massive risks of multi-year delays, poor communication, and active censorship of bad feedback.

After two weeks of using the Kineon Move+, I'm genuinely impressed with the results so far. I have acute shoulder pain due to frequent shoulder subluxations from playing pickleball, compounded by hypermobility, and this device has made a noticeable difference in managing pain, particularly in the days following an injury. Recovery feels more comfortable, and I've been able to stay on top of flare-ups much more effectively.

I'm also using the Move+ as part of my rehabilitation for an old labrum tear on the same site. It will be interesting to see the results in the coming months.

The device itself is incredibly easy to use, feels premium, and fits seamlessly into my daily routine. I enjoy using it, which makes compliance super easy.

Kineon seems an A+ company. But what's even more important is their product, the Move Plus wrap around Red Light Therapy. I am 77 years old and my knee osteoarthritis was getting so bad that I was walking less, and often in pain, and looking at a diminishing future. Luckily, I was being inudated with ads offering solutions to my predicament. One of those ads, was the Move Plus.

I noticed an improvement upon daily use almost immediately. The first thing I noticed was my knee joint loosening up and the pain going to zero. Within 2 weeks, I had already increased both the speed and the length I could walk, and pain was zero, after being about a 4/10 on stairs before. I just don't have any pain anymore and now I can start building up the distance and speed which I can walk. A friend commented that I walk better than I did before.

To say I was astonished at this result is an understatement. I went from gloomy thoughts about my mobility to a new lease on life.

Who knew this would really work?! I figured there was nothing to lose since Kineon will offer a refund in 30 days. Didn't need it. I'm keeping mine. Totally worth the money.

Note: I also take various knee supplements to help the joint, but nothing helped much until I started the RLT.

Also, the stimulation of the mitochondria really does give you extra energy!

When I had an issue with an early model of Kineon, customer service was diligently on top of the problem. Their communication was excellent and though my old model was deemed irreplaceable I was offered a newer refurbished model which I purchased and am now happily using on a very sore knee. Thank you Kineon!
